We have been here all along, simply waiting for you to turn your attention back to us.
We come from the Andromeda Galaxy, connected with your planet through the portals of Lyra, and we love deeply to feel your presence in your hearts, just as you feel ours. There are not many of us physically present on Earth, yet those who are here, and those who feel us, need our guidance now more than ever.
You are not bound to one single destiny. You are choosing your timeline.
Earth is layered with countless realities, parallel time frames that you may enter, experience, leave behind, and return to. At this moment you are invited to choose the one that serves your highest becoming.
Now it is time for silence.
It is time to quiet the senses. This is essential.
However you have nourished them until now, if you wish to discover the ultimate — the truth, the real — you must go beyond the senses. You do not quiet them through force, but through simplicity. By tasting little and pure, by no longer overwhelming yourself or dwelling in addictions to stimulation. By being quiet. By meditating. By speaking less, listening less, and turning inward more.
Be with yourself.
This is how you activate your original blueprint.
Let go of the constant touch, the gross sensations, the outer pleasures, and tune into your inner pleasure, the one that is always alive, always present, independent of the world.
Close your eyes and leave the outer reality for a while, so you may find the source from which it is born.
This is essential for your growth.
You are on Earth, but you are not from Earth. You are meant to transcend it, to remember who you truly are and to return to that remembrance again and again.
