Connected – The Little Sun
On Grounding, Awareness, and the Quiet Power of Connectedness
It began with a deep earth meditation, a meditation beyond judgment.
I allowed myself to sink into the earth—descending, letting go, deeper and deeper, darker and darker. This sinking took a long time, a very long time.
At some point, I began to sense the Earth’s core. At first dark, then gray, red, light red. My feet grew heavy, my legs heavier still. I no longer felt separate. I felt myself becoming part of it, sensing this force within me as well.
It was like a volcano just before an eruption.
Yet there was no urge to erupt.
It was an immense force resting within itself.
A volcanic eruption appears as an untamed release of power. But the force itself, before the eruption, felt completely natural. Gathered. Calm. Whole. It had always been there—coherent, exact.
With this perception came a deep understanding. And gratitude.
I sensed an interaction.
Gradually, everything became brighter. I felt this energy within me as a settling force, a force of harmonization. It was as though the energy were transforming. Its strength continued to grow, yet it now felt light, balanced, harmonious.
It was like the sun—
growing ever brighter.
In the quality of this force, I was reminded of stars: red giants, white dwarfs—states in which energy condenses, becoming denser and brighter. Not through collapse, but through gathering.
Then I sensed myself becoming a small sun on the surface of the Earth.
I felt light, suffused with clarity, quietly joyful, deeply content.
And I was not alone.
I saw a bird of prey—an eagle. It had always been there. Its task was clear. It hovered high above the clouds, above the sky, fully focused on watching for prey. It judged nothing.
It was connected with everything—with the sun, with the Earth.
It knew when the animals would become active. Even the smallest creatures orient themselves by the sun. When its strength wanes, when afternoon arrives and the sun stands lower, they sense it and respond.
Everything moved in cycles.
Everything was provided for.
Everything felt light.
The other animals were in this state as well—deer, hares, squirrels. There was no contradiction in one being hunter and another hunted. It was a self-contained system. Coherent. Sustaining.
No one had to suffer.
Life continued.
I saw seagulls—a flock, perhaps hundreds—hovering like albatrosses over the sea, allowing themselves to be carried. Their flight patterns shifted constantly, without collision, without chaos.
There was a sense of complete trust. Surrender. And at the same time, sharp focus. As soon as they noticed a school of fish, they followed it. They, too, were sustained.
Everything was connected.
Everything interacted.
In this state, something else became clear—not as a thought, but as a simultaneous sensing.
This volcanic force did not feel separate from humanity.
Not only Earth.
Not only inner experience.
Volcanic eruptions and tremors appeared not as isolated events,
but as reflections—
images of what is presently active within the collective consciousness,
expressions of a shared state.
Not caused.
Not imposed.
Like tension mirrored outward—
not only in the Earth,
but in awareness itself.
Without blame.
Without intention.
Simply as an expression of connectedness.
Then I saw the people.
In cities, in dense urban spaces, they appeared c****t in cycles of thought. Their senses seemed cut off from nature, from the sacred. Thoughts revolved endlessly around daily concerns—without judgment, neither positive nor negative.
It felt like an inner confinement.
Each person carried a small one within.
In this context, I saw myself as one of the fortunate—someone who, for a brief moment, had stepped out of this carousel of thought. By connecting with everything, including the Earth’s inner core, I myself became a luminous center on the surface of the Earth.
I moved through streets and narrow passages. People did not see me.
And yet it was as if a gentle breeze touched them.
Some paused briefly.
A moment of lightness.
A quiet glance around.
Then they returned to their routines.
Like seeing a butterfly—
a moment of delight,
then moving on.
Yet something remains.
A trace.
An inner memory.
Even the cities themselves seemed to have a life of their own. Clouds felt denser there, the sky heavier. In rural areas, at the periphery, everything felt more permeable. More nature. More of these brief openings.
Then perception shifted again.
I experienced myself as a being of light—floating, without clear boundaries, composed of luminous, energetic fields. And I perceived many such beings: on Earth, in the sky, in space.
Slowly—very slowly—more and more awakened souls were moving across the Earth’s surface. Not dramatically. Not rapidly. But steadily.
I saw places of light far from civilization: mountain regions, perhaps the Himalayas; villages, temples, monasteries, ashrams—places where this awareness had been held for centuries, even millennia.
There had never been complete separation there.
The connection had always remained.
This experience was new to me. For the first time in my life, I consciously experienced this state while fully present on Earth. We had meditated together, two of us. Together, the energy could be held. Alone, it would not yet have been possible for me.
And I knew:
we are not the only ones.
More and more small lights are turning on.
Awareness recognizes awareness.
Everything that is aware of itself is connected.
In this state, nothing needed to be controlled. Energy was present—in abundance. It flowed naturally, without intention, like a sun that simply shines.
When one radiates, others are touched. When many radiate, the effect amplifies. This process is slow—very slow—but it is unfolding.
Life itself feels light. Harmonious. Sustaining.
Even brief moments of awareness—mere seconds—are enough to bring a sense of order.
Perhaps much of what we have learned is inverted.
Perhaps one moves with life when one stops resisting it.
The truth feels simple.
Still.
Coherent.
And for that, I am grateful.
