As we begin to understand that we are vibrational beings—and that life is always rearranging itself in response to who we are being—our vision of reality, our beliefs, our expectations—we start to see something important.
We start to understand that one of the ways a wonderful life unfolds is through prioritizing feeling good.
And one of the keys to feeling good is being able to notice when we don’t.
Most of what sits underneath not feeling good has to do with how we’re relating to the past, the present, or the future—usually with some flavor of dissatisfaction, resistance, or worry.
Meanwhile, all that we are—the fullness of our being—is never dissatisfied.
Because our emotions arise from the relationship between who we are in this moment and the larger wholeness of who we are, when we’re at odds with ourselves, we feel it. Not as punishment, but as inner friction.
And we can’t recognize that friction if we’re avoiding ourselves—avoiding how we feel, avoiding what’s uncomfortable, avoiding what’s asking for our presence.
Being available to ourselves—present, aware of our own energy—is essential if we’re going to navigate our lives with clarity. One of the simplest ways we do this is by paying attention to how we feel emotionally, because our emotions are a direct expression of our energy in motion.
Without that awareness, alignment and inner harmony aren’t really possible.
How we feel is feedback. It tells us something about our vibrational state. And yet so much of life encourages us to focus outward, to override ourselves, to do more, fix more, manage more. None of that actually serves us.
Something else becomes possible when we’re willing to experience ourselves fully—and kindly.
When we stay present. When we don’t abandon ourselves.
Our own awareness begins to offer us constant feedback—not in a critical way, but in a living, responsive way—about how we’re doing, about what we’re embodying, about what’s true right now.
When there’s inner conflict, we can notice it and meet ourselves with gentleness and care. We can even appreciate what’s showing up in front of us, recognizing that it may be exactly what we need.
Being present with ourselves is healing.
No longer avoiding ourselves changes us.
Our simple presence—warm, attentive, kind—can begin to soften the inner partitions we’ve built, the armor around our hearts. Over time, this creates more openness. More freedom. More space to be who we actually are.
Seen this way, it becomes easier to understand how even difficult experiences can serve us.
Ironically—and beautifully—choosing this again and again becomes a practice. A way of living. And without forcing anything, we find ourselves learning how to love ourselves unconditionally.
Simply by staying with our experience, by not abandoning ourselves, an innate capacity to love ourselves—which has always been at the core of who we are—begins to come online in our lived experience.
Because at the very basis of our being, we are love.
It may have been covered by layers of conditioning, experience, and self-protection. But it’s still there. Pure. Bright. Like the sun—endlessly shining.
It isn’t something we have to become.
It’s something we already are.
And being who we truly are brings peace.
It’s Oneness—felt as alignment.
