Go up with everyone else and write about it.

That was my prime directive.  “Everyman,” Michael called it:

Archangel Michael: There is much to be said for Everyman, and that is part of the role you play. Yes, you are a pillar (1) … but you’re also playing the role of Everyman – with curiosity, with exploration, with insight. So our desire is not to separate you from the collective. (2)

Ohhhh-kay!  “Everyman” exactly fits my interest in the over-arching, top-level view, or overview, of thing.

And I’m noticing a lot of things right now. Both more things are happening and my noticing is getting sharper.

One thing I notice is that it’s easier to access love. My heart is opened, not wide, but just enough to experience a satisfying flow if I draw it up with my breath.

I’m not yet courageous to allow this flow of love while in the presence of another. I just enjoy it myself first and then send it out to the world. Once it departs, I rest in the mellowness I feel and think to myself: This really is what we’re all looking for.

This love doesn’t simply erase all memory of “problems.” It’s not simply a solvent of worry and fear. It actually substitutes for it a mixture of uplifting divine qualities – joy, bliss, peace, satisfaction. All of these are flavors of love.

I was saying to someone today that my reward for my work is the experience of the divine qualities. I can have a pound of gold in front of me and not feel love or happiness. And I can feel love and happiness and have little worldly wealth.

Knowing what real love feels like and how valuable it is, I prefer the latter.

Feeling this love, as I do at this moment, corrects all that is “out” in my life. Can this be the reason Krishna said enlightenment – which can be seen as a tsunami of this higher-dimensional love –  would refashion the foulest of sinners?  If he were rightly resolved in utter devotion, “I see no sinner.”   (3)  Enlightenment purifies a person, or, rather, uncovers their own native purity.

If love of God seems difficult, then love of love, since the Divine Mother/Father One tells us: “Let us be very basic. My essence is love.” (4)

The extent to which I feel this loving in everyday life has changed, all to the better.  If this is the direction that life is taking, for heavens sake, bring it on!

This knowledge [Sahaja, Vijnana, Ascension] alone would carry you

The blazing fire turns wood to ashes:
The fire of knowledge turns all karmas to ashes. (Sri Krishna in BG, 55.) Only Sahaja is powerful enough to “turn all karmas to ashes.”
