The Power of Your Words and Emotions: Understanding the Law of Attraction

Have you ever stopped to think about the people around you who constantly talk about their struggles with health, finances, or relationships? You know, those who always seem to have a new ailment to share or a tale of woe about their financial woes? On the flip side, have you noticed those individuals who radiate positivity, prosperity, and good health, and seem to attract more of the same into their lives? The connection between what we focus on, what we say, and what we attract into our reality is not a coincidence. As the teachings of Abraham so eloquently put it, “Those who speak most of prosperity, have it. Those who speak most of health, have it. Those who speak most of sickness, have it. Those who speak most of poverty, have it. It is Law. It can be no other way…”

This profound statement highlights the undeniable link between our words, emotions, and the experiences we attract into our lives. The Law of Attraction, a universal principle that governs the way we live and interact with the world around us, is at play here. Essentially, this law states that like attracts like. The energy we emit, through our thoughts, words, and feelings, is the same energy that we attract back into our reality. When we focus on the negative, we attract more negativity. Conversely, when we focus on the positive, we draw more positivity into our lives.

The way we feel is a crucial aspect of this process. Our emotions serve as a powerful magnet, drawing to us experiences that resonate with our current emotional state. As Abraham’s teachings emphasize, “The way you feel is your point of attraction, and so, the Law of Attraction is most understood when you see yourself as a magnet getting more and more of the way you feel.” This means that when we’re feeling lonely, poor, sick, or unhappy, we’re inadvertently attracting more of those same experiences into our reality. On the other hand, when we’re feeling healthy, vital, alive, and prosperous, we’re drawing more of those positive experiences into our lives.

The implications of this law are profound. By becoming more mindful of our words and emotions, we can take control of what we attract into our reality. By choosing to focus on the positive, to cultivate a sense of gratitude, and to speak about the good things in our lives, we can begin to shift our energy and attract more of what we desire. As we practice this awareness, we’ll start to notice a significant change in our experiences. We’ll begin to see that our reality is not fixed, but rather, it’s a dynamic reflection of our inner state.

In conclusion, the Law of Attraction is not just a metaphysical concept; it’s a practical tool for creating the life we want. By understanding the connection between our words, emotions, and experiences, we can take the first step towards manifesting our desires. As Esther and Abraham so beautifully put it, “When you feel healthy and vital and alive and prosperous—you attract more of all of those things.” So, let’s make a conscious effort to focus on the positive, to speak kindly to ourselves and others, and to cultivate a sense of inner joy. By doing so, we’ll not only become a magnet for good things but also create a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

You will notice that those who speak most of prosperity, have it. Those who speak most of health, have it. Those who speak most of sickness, have it. Those who speak most of poverty, have it. It is Law. It can be no other way… The way you feel is your point of attraction, and so, the Law of Attraction is most understood when you see yourself as a magnet getting more and more of the way you feel. When you feel lonely, you attract more loneliness. When you feel poor, you attract more poverty. When you feel sick, you attract more sickness. When you feel unhappy, you attract more unhappiness. When you feel healthy and vital and alive and prosperous—you attract more of all of those things.
