Just as it is impossible to achieve noticeable success in sports without long and constant training, it is also impossible to gain skills in energy work without practice and meditation, without trial and error, without spiritual ups and downs, without constant efforts aimed at raising your vibrations.

And if in the first case we are talking about hardening the physical body – its strength and endurance, then in the second – about the development of a person’s energy sensitivity and the strength of his Spirit.

Therefore, my dears, never despair if something doesn’t work out for you right away, but calmly and slowly go towards your goal, without looking back, without comparing yourself with others, without trying to seem better than you really are. , and at the same time not underestimating your abilities.

Each of you is unique.

And it is quite possible that someone who has recently set foot on the path of Ascension will overtake someone who has been following this path for a long time, which often happens at the “marathon distance”.
