When “No” means “Yes”.

It seems to be commonly held in “spiritual circles” that being loving is eradication of the use of “No” and negatives.. That to show unconditional love you have to be accepting of everything. That in being non-attached you must be able to tolerate anything.

But there is a vast difference between discrimination and discernment.

Have you noticed that there are times when you are in the presence of another and there is almost a scream of “No” coming from within you. “No that does not sit right with me”. Often it occurs when you don’t even have a good reason, nor even know why. There is just a “No” that arises from the upper chest (thymus) and drops into your heart like a deep inner “bombshell”.

And the more you ignore it the more it hurts and plays on your mind.

There was a time when you use to be able to ignore these promptings of your Truth, stuff it down into the solar plexus and eventually let in fester and continue to impinge through the subconscious in your field.

You cannot do that any longer for now, as your High heart chakra is cleared and expands, you can no longer hide from yourself.

And it is a benediction, for if you will embrace it, it provides you with a foolproof response and knowing about the Truth of anything and everyone for you. A signal of the presence of “shadow” in your field.

It gives you an immediate “Yes”: or “No” to everything where a choice can be made.

And so if you are living though your Heart then you are in direct communion with this “Truth Teller” Wisdom aspect of You.

And you will notice that there are a lot of “Nos” being given you at the moment, as you negotiate the “matrix movie” as a human personality.

So are you Listening?

Are you beginning to see (feel really) the BS and the subtle games that others play in the name of “spirituality” for example.

Are you courageous enough to stand in your “No” whereas previously you would doubt yourself and be swayed by another’s apparently powerful persuasive facade.

For this Truth Teller is always saying “Yes” to you, being all you can be, being aligned to your “highest”, even in the “Nos” that come. It is directing you and guiding you to stand tall in your own Light (Knowing), to not be fooled through past beliefs, or old habits ( of being ‘nice”) of giving away your power of knowing.

So do you want to get rid of self-doubt?

Then Listen well and Heed your “Nos” as well as your “Yeses”.

You just have to be with open Heart.

Read the signs as they appear.

And have the courage to follow the beat of your own drum.

No more “spiritual Whimps” please.
