Someone writes which reflects comments from many to me.
“I’m trying to make peace with it all but feel stagnant like I’m waiting for something but not sure what it is! I just thought I had made progress then all of a sudden it’s stopped, sounds silly but I feel lost and vulnerable even sad? I don’t understand why?”
Love while you appear to be ‘waiting’.
There is greatness available in stillness.
Many are not used to “stillness”.
What is happening to you is perfectly in its place.
We have felt pushed and pulled all our life and been taught to always be vigilant, on the move, with something that must be done, even when you haven’t a clue what it might be. Stuffing our senses with temporary, “shiny bling” that does not last nor satisfy an aching Heart, that deep, deep Longing within.
And so it is the most uneasy place to be with no thing special to fill the, expanding space and horizon.
You feel the accelerating momentum and its pull to action and yet the very solution to living in these times is to DELIBERATELY SLOW DOWN and live in your own Purpose day by day, moment to moment. To be “at Home” in your own growing PRESENCE.
Ego gets restless, it has been taught to always fear for your safety.
SOUL IS Calm. You are teaching your ego that calm is good and there is no more threat ever to You.
We expand and then it must be assimilated into your body, through a calming of emotions and a quietening of thought, for the transformation to take its course.
There is nothing wrong but your judgement of you.
We breathe in (expand) and we breathe out (contract). It is The Way of things. Stop fighting that which you have sought to remember when you first arrive here. Have you never seen the countenance, and felt the utter contentedness of a baby, warm, safe and cosy with a full tummy.
So love your still points and LOVE YOURSELF. There is NOTHING AMISS Precious Soul. Another chance to love who you are being. And settle into the Silence and Peace of BEING.
We have got so used to the feeling of “coming down” when we have some “drama” to live that when we feel the similar feelings of contraction we start looking for a “story” to attached them to.
But there is no story except the one that you are coming “home to Soul” and thus integrating the “breath in” with the “breath out”.
And we do this in the place between of Divine Neutrality. How beautiful is That?
