The Spirit gives you lessons with love and for the sake of love

Defending yourself, fighting for your interests, for the right to live as the Spirit tells you – this does not mean hating and destroying those who interfere with this. Be active, tune in to action, not peace and comfort, win, but let your activity be the activity of love, let your victories be victories of love.

Oh, dear ones, these are difficult truths of the Spirit, but you are able to comprehend them if you are open to your Spirit, if you have escaped the captivity of the three-dimensional truths of the earthly world. You may be mistaken in mistaking your habit of peace and comfort for Divine peace and tranquility. The time has come to distinguish between these concepts.

Thoughtless relaxation and laziness are not Divine peace! God is the Creator, God is the Creator, His peace is effective, active, creative peace!

Is this difficult for you to comprehend? Then just remember yourself at work, which you do confidently, calmly and with pleasure. This is the state of the Creator! This is a state of strength and confidence, and at the same time peace and tranquility. Whereas a state of passive inaction and laziness will most likely lead you to anxiety.

Dear ones, development is work! Don’t be afraid of development and don’t be afraid of work. The one who is unable to treat himself with Divine love is afraid of development. If you treat yourself with Divine love, then you will take care of yourself and your development.

To develop means to become more than you are, spiritually, it means to contain more of the Spirit, more of God, it means to acquire new qualities, new capabilities, new, more effective models of behavior.

For all this, lessons are given to you. Please remember that these lessons are also given to you in love! The trials and difficulties that inevitably come to you are not given to you at all in order to offend and humiliate you! They are given for your benefit. They are given so that you can grow through these lessons.

Dear ones, these lessons are given by a loving Spirit! All that is required of you is not to shy away from them and not to be afraid of them. Spirit and your Divine Family love you, protect you, help you, give you help and guidance every step of the way.

Tune in to receive this love and these clues in the most difficult trials. And you will be happy to go through them!

And you will know what a joy it is to realize: “I did it. I won. I took responsibility and did it.” 

Such awareness will take you to new heights, where you will find yourself even closer to God, and even closer to the desired earthly paradise.

Exercise
“Ocean Power”

Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and imagine that you are sitting on the ocean. The surface of the ocean is flat and smooth, completely calm. And at the same time, you feel the enormous power of the ocean, which is hidden under this smooth surface. The ocean is like a huge living creature, it breathes with strength and power. But this power is calm, peaceful.

Imagine that you are inhaling the calm power of the ocean and being imbued with its energy. Now this calm power is yours. Your consciousness acquires the qualities of calm strength. Your consciousness and subconscious are now like a great, calm and strong ocean. You can handle everything. Because the strength and power of the ocean is the potential from which you can create anything.

Imagine that this power is given to you primarily for internal changes. Not so that you create something material or change the circumstances of your life, but so that you can change internally and acquire the qualities you need.

Note: all external changes begin with internal changes. If you want to change something in your life, but you haven’t succeeded yet, think about what qualities you first need to acquire. Maybe to solve your problems you lack determination and courage, or the ability to quickly grasp new information, or sociability, or hard work?

Start with one quality that is most important to you. Imagine yourself as a person who already has this desired quality, property, or ability, or habit. Imagine seeing this new you in front of you. First, observe from the outside – how he behaves, what he looks like. Then imagine that it is you.

Take a breath and imagine that a new quality is entering your being along with the air. It is now inside you. It seems to flow into your consciousness, which is like the smooth surface of the ocean. How has your health and sense of self changed?

Imagine that you get up, take a step forward and completely merge with the image that you have imagined. Think again of the smooth surface of the ocean. Tell yourself that you have enough strength to acquire and consolidate new qualities.
