Here and Now – a space of love and instant transformation.

Each of you is a traveler in the space of eternity and infinity.

Hello, we are with you again, in the space of light and love, in our common Divine home. You are at home, dear ones, which means the waves of God’s love are washing you, freeing you from all the fears and limitations of the material world.

When you are at home, you are fearless. When you are at home, you are powerful. When you are at home, you can fully tap into your Divinity for all kinds of wonderful things to happen in your life.

Today we will talk about that special place called “Here and Now”. Don’t look for it in Earth’s three-dimensional space-time. It is not a place in the truest sense of the word, but the limitations of your language prevent you from finding a more appropriate definition. Let us conditionally assume that this is a special place in which each of you can find yourself at any moment. This is the place to which you are transported even faster than in a high-speed elevator, when you go beyond the limitations and attachments of the material world and earthly time, and find yourself in the space of eternity/infinity.

Eternity and infinity seem like something huge to you, right? Are you afraid of getting lost there like a grain of sand? But your fears are in vain. The point is that you are equal to eternity and infinity. Each of you! Each of you carries eternity and infinity within you, because this is your nature – to be an eternal and infinite Spirit, having no boundaries in space and time.

Do you think you’re just a person? No, each of you is a traveler in the space of eternity and infinity. You have power over eternity and infinity. You can compress the space of eternity and infinity into a point. And all eternity and infinity will fit into this point, the depth of which is immeasurable, and which becomes your personal exit to another dimension.

Exercise
“Stopped Moment”

Many people have difficulty immersing themselves in the “Here and Now” space due to the fact that our thoughts pull us either into the past or into the future. In addition, we are accustomed to living constantly in anticipation of the next moment, which is why we cannot be fully present in the present.

For example, when getting ready for work in the morning, we are mentally already on the road, and when we are on the road, we are mentally already at work: we are thinking about what awaits us there. Unfortunately, the rush and bustle that accompany the rhythm of life of a modern person force us to always get ahead of the present moment, and thus simply skip past our true life.

Find a time when you’re not in a rush to just enjoy the present moment!

Close your eyes, direct your attention inward, and imagine that you are plunging into your inner space. Imagine that time has stopped. There is no past and no future. There is not even a next moment – there is only this moment, and you are completely present in it. Note that if you are really immersed in the moment, it turns into eternity, and can last for a very long time, despite the fact that time seems to have frozen in it and does not flow anywhere.

Say to yourself: “I Am.” Repeat this phrase several times. Then slowly say, “I am alive.” Realize this, feel into it. Say, “I am fully present in the present moment. I am Here and Now.”

Listen to the world inside you, to the world around you – to the world of the present moment. Enjoy this lasting feeling of being.
