Illness is about the way you think and feel or Health crises.

On the path of enlightenment, healing can come through illness.

You are Divine sparks, angels, equipped for the sake of your journey with a wonderful tool – your biological shell.

If only you knew how honored you are – honored and loved, not only as a Spirit, but as a person, in your entirety. If you knew that the biological shell is also revered, since it is sacred, and no less Divine in essence than those parts of your being that you call “higher”.

There is nothing about you to God that deserves to be called “inferior.” Your biological shell is beautiful – it is a wonderful instrument of God, Spirit, your Divine Self. And believe me, she deserves honor, respect, love, care and attention from you!

I want you to realize: the processes occurring with your biological shell are closely related to the processes of your spiritual, angelic component. There is no division, no boundaries! But these connections are sometimes indirect, subtle, indirect, so that cause and effect are not always easy to connect with each other.

So, many of you believe that problems with the biological membrane, which you call d******s, are retribution for sins. But, dear ones, in fact there is no such direct cause-and-effect relationship here!

Firstly, it would be a mistake to think that God considers you sinful, and even punishes you for it. You came to the earthly world in order to make mistakes. This is how you experience energy in the process of the experiment that you yourself have chosen. Nobody punishes you for these mistakes. These mistakes do not in any way detract from your Divine dignity.

Secondly, d******s can appear for a variety of reasons, and they are not always the result of errors. Very often, illness is part of a lesson that you need to go through, it is an experience given to you for your own good. In addition, d******s can arise simply due to differences in the pace of development of the body and the Spirit. And in this case, we are talking about illnesses that accompany the process of enlightenment, and about health crises associated precisely with this process.

Many of you thought that the process of enlightenment must certainly be accompanied by healing. But now, when you develop Spirit and consciousness, when you move towards the love and light of God – and there is no doubt about it, you feel these changes very clearly! – many of you feel that your physical well-being not only does not improve, but sometimes even worsens. You ask yourself: what am I doing wrong?

Dear ones, you are doing everything right. You don’t have to blame yourself for anything. Everything goes according to plan. Everything is as it should be. Now I will tell you one important thing: what you perceive as a deterioration in your well-being during the process of enlightenment is actually a manifestation of healing.

“How can healing come through illness?” – you ask. Maybe. This is exactly what happens. There is a process of not just healing, but a complete transformation of your being, at all levels, including at the level of the physical shell. Rarely does this process go smoothly. More often it is a crisis. You inevitably go through a deterioration in your physical condition, as well as an exacerbation of old d******s.

Imagine that you are walking up a mountain: the road is difficult, you have to overcome forest thickets, ford stormy rivers, get over passes and ravines… But now you have reached the top, and now you have to go back. Yes, it will be easier for you to go down, but you will again have to overcome the same obstacles on your way: thickets, rivers, passes and ravines. Something similar is happening in your life.

In the first part of life, while you have not yet acquired the proper connection with the Spirit, you inevitably accumulate problems, including health problems. And when you begin the path to enlightenment, you have to go the same path in the opposite direction, which means you will encounter the same problems.

Yes, dear ones, there is a law: you can only get out of problems the same way you entered them. This means that you will have to relive them again, albeit in slightly different versions.

Some of you say, “But,I have always been a healthy person. I’ve never been sick, I’ve always felt great. But as soon as I took the path of enlightenment, all the d******s in the world fell on me. Maybe I’m doing something wrong? Maybe I don’t need to go to enlightenment?

Darling, you do everything like this. And you have no other path except the path to enlightenment, you know that yourself. I’ll explain what happened. Previously, when you lived, figuratively speaking, “in the dark night of your soul,” you accumulated problems that did not manifest themselves on the physical level. This doesn’t mean there weren’t problems. They simply existed on the subtle, energy-informational levels of your being. You felt them as heaviness in your soul, melancholy, dissatisfaction, depression. You were physically healthy, and had no idea that in the spiritual sense you were sick.

Now that you have followed the path of the Spirit, when you are letting more and more Divinity into yourself, you are again going through that, figuratively speaking, “terrain” where you got all these problems. Now you have become more aware, more enlightened, and therefore your problems come out of the darkness and begin to manifest themselves on the physical plane in the form of symptoms of illness. Enjoy it. Your illnesses no longer undermine you from the inside. You become healthier spiritually. Therefore, d******s come out – they rise to the surface, covering your biological structures. The next stage will be the departure of d******s from you. This is how the healing process occurs.

Health crises do not put your life at risk.

I want to tell you something important: those health crises that you go through on the path of enlightenment most often do not pose a serious danger to you. Oh yes, I know, sometimes you feel as if you are dying… This can frighten you, especially since doctors cannot explain what is happening to you, and it seems to you that you are dying from some terrible unknown d*****e.

This is not so! These manifestations can be very, very unpleasant, but they do not pose a threat to your life. Believe me, the Spirit does not invest care, love, attention, strength, energy into you in order to take you away from life! If you follow the path of the Spirit, the Spirit gives you light, love, strength, knowledge. The Spirit is teaching you. Spirit helps you better fulfill your tasks on Earth. Spirit needs you where you are. Spirit needs you on Earth. So the Spirit helps you, guides you and guides you, and makes sure you learn your lessons.

Do you feel how the Spirit helps you on your path? Do you really think that all this is just for your life to end just when you are so close to your goal, to enlightenment, to finding your Divine nature?

Dear ones, I want to warn you against making a mistake. Sometimes when you think you are dying, some of you, consciously or not, begin to ask the Spirit to die. 

When you endure severe, sometimes unbearable pain, leaving your life begins to seem like deliverance. Oh dear ones, I understand you. I understand your desire to quickly return to your Home in heaven, where there is no pain, no suffering, no physical body to cause suffering.

We miss you very much, and would dream of meeting you as soon as possible, but… Both you and we – we all know how much you are needed on Earth. Both you and we – we all want you to build a paradise on Earth, and for our meeting to take place there, in the earthly paradise built by you!

It’s a wonderful prospect, isn’t it? Know that the pain you endure is not in vain. It will not be fatal, this pain – unless you yourself ask for it!

Spirit respects your requests as a human being. And if you repeatedly and with firm intention ask the Spirit to take you away from life, the Spirit will respect this request of yours. Be aware. Sometimes you make such requests to the Spirit unconsciously. This is what your subconscious does. Look within yourself and see if you have similar desires. Please replace them with others – with the desire to live on Earth for a long time and create an earthly paradise, first in the space of your life, and then on the entire planet.

Many of you, those who are among the first on the planet to awaken to life in the Spirit, to the acquisition of Divinity, have a very strong memory of the Divine home. Therefore, you often yearn and want to return back to your Divine family. You always felt that your homeland was not the Earth, that you came from the stars, didn’t you? This is how it really is. 

And your desire to return home is natural. But remember also that you voluntarily chose your “business trip” to Earth. If only you remembered with what delight and inspiration you set off on this journey! What grandiose plans you had in mind! How much we hoped to accomplish!

Remember this – and don’t rush home. Your home, the Divine home, is always with you. He is inside you, in your heart. You came to Earth to bring this home there, into the world of materiality. You are building your Divine house on Earth – the house that keeps your heart. And the first signs of this house are already appearing in your material reality.

Help of the Spirit: Precious Chest of Healing.

We know what a difficult task it is, dear ones, to build a Divine house on Earth. It’s difficult for you, sometimes it hurts you a lot. But you knew what you were getting into. And we, your Divine family, promised to help you when you remember us and ask for help. You remember, dear ones. This is great happiness and great merit to you. And we are ready to help you every step of the way. Hang in there. Don’t try to get out of your way ahead of time. The divine house is already very close. We are next to you, dear ones. And we will do everything to help you ease the passage of crises of enlightenment, including health crises.

Get help now!

Extend your hands, palms up, and imagine how the Spirit places a precious gift right into your hands – a casket shining with white light, a casket of your health, your healing. Accept this gift! The Spirit gives it to you, and your task is to open the box and take what is inside. Take this radiant energy of health and place it inside your aura at the level of the biological shell. Let this energy work!

Dear Ones, it will work to the extent that you are convinced that you are worthy of healing. Reclaim the self-esteem that is rightfully given to you. Your Divine dignity is waiting for you to remember it and be filled with it. Dignity is a calm and confident knowledge of one’s high, Divine origin. Dignity has nothing to do with pride – pride is just a mask with which some people try to cover up the lack of true dignity. Claim your Divine dignity – and with it you will claim the gifts of health that are already prepared for you.

Old methods of treatment are also in crisis.

The healing chest that the Spirit gave you also contains a hint for you – a hint hinting that in your case those seemingly proven medical methods that helped you before will not always work. Yes, you are experiencing not only health crises – but also crises of old methods of treatment.

Why is this happening? Because the old methods operate only on the physical, material level. And your illnesses now relate not only to the physical level… Do you understand? Physical illnesses can and should be healed not only by physical methods, but also by spiritual methods: intention, and above all, by improving one’s spiritual health. Spiritual health is determined by the extent to which you allow the Spirit, your Divine Self, to become an active force in your life and in your body.

Dear ones, I am not discouraging you from using medications and other medical means! I am not discouraging you from taking the medications your doctor prescribes for you!

But I want you to know that medication alone will not be enough for you. Medicines will only help you in combination with the work of your Spirit.

Turn to the Spirit and say: “Dear Spirit, dear Almighty, dear God, help me improve my spiritual health, so that my physical health will also improve.”

You understand? First – spiritual health, then – physical, and not vice versa! Only in this way will you put cause before effect in the order in which they should go.

By asking Spirit to help you with spiritual health, you are preparing changes at the cellular level, at the DNA level. Spirit works with your body at the DNA level. Because DNA contains not only a physical, but also a spiritual component. This is the mediating structure where the Spirit interacts with the body. By allowing Spirit to work in your body, you allow it to do healing things to your DNA. And since the DNA contains a program for the health and proper development of cells, the cells begin to heal, and, as a result, the o****s that consist of them.

During your recovery process, you can take medications to relieve unpleasant and painful symptoms. But the main work is not done by medicines – the main work is done by the Spirit, remember this!

Alternate the processes of moving forward and stabilizing at the achieved level.

The work of the Spirit is especially necessary first when doctors cannot diagnose you. Oh yes, this happens very often to you, pioneers on the path of the Spirit. You are sick, you suffer, sometimes it seems to you that you are dying – but the doctors say that everything is fine with you! All tests and examinations show complete well-being. What does this condition mean?

It means that your body is struggling to adjust to the pace of your spiritual growth and development. This means you are pushing up and forward so much that you are not giving your body time to stabilize. It seems to you that this way you will stop in your development, that this way you will not allow the Spirit to work at the right pace.

Dear ones, the work of stabilization at the achieved level is also the work of the Spirit. Do not be afraid that the Spirit will be left without work. He will always find work! But it’s up to you to regulate these processes – when to move forward and when to stabilize on what has been achieved. You feel your physical well-being better than is available to the Spirit. 

At any time you can say: “Dear Spirit, I need a break. Let’s slow down the pace of movement forward for a while and stabilize at the achieved level. Help me transform my cells and DNA to adapt to this level of vibration.”

This way you will turn on the self-healing program, giving your cells the opportunity to adapt to the level of vibrations at which you already find yourself as a Spirit. This should be done periodically, depending on how you feel.

You shouldn’t push your biology – please treat it more carefully and carefully. She deserves it!

Begin to actively use vibrational healing methods.

There are other situations: when doctors give you very specific diagnoses. This can be either the resumption of old d******s or the emergence of new ones. Many perceive this as a setback in their development, as evidence of serious mistakes in your path.

This is not a reason to stop, not a reason to turn somewhere to the side. You are going towards the light – and there can be no mistakes here, you will not go astray. Think of illness as a serious pass on your path – a pass that you will definitely overcome. Do not hurry. Let the Spirit work properly at this pass. Ease your condition using all available methods. Pay attention not only to the medications prescribed by doctors, but also to the means of vibrational treatment – these are plants, and minerals, and magnetic and light therapy.

You can discover the healing properties of water, because water is also a living, vibrational substance that can carry health information. Remember that your cells are largely composed of water. You can heal your cells simply by taking high vibrational water, the molecules of which contain health programs.

You can write these programs there yourself, turning to the Spirit for help, or a healer you trust; this water can also be obtained from natural sources, in which the water initially has healing properties. Such sources are everywhere on Earth, and you will definitely find them where you live if you ask the Spirit to guide you in the right direction.

You should know that d******s are created by dissonant energies – energies of low vibrations, which manifest themselves especially clearly in contrast to the light energies with which you fill yourself and your life. The exacerbation of old d******s and the emergence of new ones (which are actually not new – they just did not manifest themselves on the physical level before) are explained precisely by this. You go through the old “passes”, but on a new level. With this new level – these new energies that you now possess – you can easily dissolve or transform the old dissonant energies.

Pay attention to this along with the use of physical and vibrational healing tools. Ask Spirit to show you the problem. The problem itself will manifest itself in your feelings, in the repetition of past life situations corresponding to the time the problem appeared. By many signs you can understand what exactly needs to be worked on. Do this immediately. Turn to Spirit and your angelic helpers for help, support and advice.

And a little more about pain…

And again, dear ones, I want to return to the topic of pain. Experiencing pain is an indispensable condition of your stay on Earth. You knew about this in advance and agreed to it. It is important to accept this as a test, as a challenge, as a serious experience that you need to gain. If you accept physical pain, it actually strengthens your Spirit.

Dear ones, we know that this is not easy. We know that this requires courage and patience from you. But this is an experience that your angelic helpers cannot always cancel or at least soften. This is an experience about which later, when you return to your Heavenly home, you will say: “Yes, it was not easy – but we felt alive as never before, we felt with such acuteness what earthly life means…”

Dear ones, you perceive life brighter, more fully when the pain goes away, isn’t it? And you yourself feel stronger. You feel that something has come to you that was not there before. This is a special knowledge about life, knowledge that elevates and fills you. This is knowledge of yourself and your capabilities that was not there before. You who have experienced pain can be proud of this experience and what you had to experience. And the main thing is that you endured everything and came out of the test with honor. This built your spiritual consciousness, made it stronger and purer.

Step back from yourself when you experience pain and look at it through the eyes of the Spirit. Thus, by observing pain through the eyes of the Spirit, you will ease it for yourself. You will perceive it as if from the outside. This will help you get through the pain. But remember that nature has created many remedies for you that can relieve your pain if it is unbearable. Don’t give up on these funds. Take them when you feel the need. But at the same time, be sure to demand the help of the Spirit for yourself too – or rather, the help of the Spirit should be demanded first of all. 

The Spirit supports you with all its might in such moments! The Spirit says to you: “Do not be afraid! You are on the right track! The pain will not last forever, accept it as an important experience – and it will go away, having completed its task.”

Health crises do not last forever, just like any crisis. You will pass through them and enter another lane, where your high vibrations will no longer allow any illnesses. In the meantime, try not to waste your energy. Accumulate energy and do not waste it on empty, unnecessary activities. Establish a healthy diet, engage in moderate exercise, walk in the fresh air, and get plenty of rest.

Oh, dear ones, your light does not become less bright because your body is sick! Your spiritual health is strengthened, your vibrations are raised, your energy increases. Help your body get through the difficult times of transition, and things will soon get better. View this painful period as a necessary healing process. Treatment isn’t always pleasant, is it? Treatment is sometimes painful. Your body is healing – that’s what happens. Remember this.

Not only recovery, but also rejuvenation awaits you. Extension of life and prolongation of youth await you. The return of strength, vigor, high performance, and good health awaits you.

Practice.

Exercise 1: Affirmations for Spiritual and Physical Healing.

Every morning and evening, say these words out loud, turning to your reflection in the mirror. This can be done not only if you are going through a health crisis, but also at any other time, even against the backdrop of the best state of health – if you want to consolidate and strengthen this state.

I am the Divine Spirit who came to Earth to gain experience in the human body and bring Divine energies into the material world, thereby contributing to the construction of heaven on Earth. As a Spirit, I am endowed with perfect health. As Spirit, I am endowed with the knowledge of how to create perfect health at all levels of my being, including at the level of the biological shell. Now I reveal this knowledge and let it work. Now I am discovering the ability to embody the health of the Spirit in my physical body.

My perfect Spirit transmits health information to every cell of my physical body. Cells at the DNA level perceive this information of the Spirit. The light of God is lit in them – the light of perfect health.

My perfect Spirit includes healing processes in all cells, o****s, tissues and systems of my physical body.

The processes of restoring spiritual health cover my entire body. The processes of restoring physical health cover my entire body.

Spirit and body in unity and harmonious interaction acquire ideal health, rejuvenation, and prolongation of earthly life. 

Exercise 2. Help of the Spirit: turning on the Divine Matrix of Health.

This exercise can be performed repeatedly, checking your feelings: when you feel that you need to restore the harmony of spiritual health at the level of the physical body.

Find an opportunity to stay for a while in a calm environment, alone with yourself. Take any comfortable position, sitting or lying down. Close your eyes. Breathe evenly and measuredly. Focus on the heart area. Feel your Divine Center. Connect with your Divine Self.

Imagine that you are in the center of a column of bright white shining light. This pillar goes down to the center of the Earth and up into the infinity of Space. Imagine that you are standing firmly on the Earth. Mentally look around the entire beautiful blue planet and feel its surface. Then mentally look around the entire endless Cosmos and feel a deep inner connection with it.

Mentally turn to the Spirit: “Dear Spirit, dear God, dear Almighty, send me the Divine matrix of ideal health, given to me by right of my Divine origin, and help me put this matrix into action in my human body.”

Imagine how a large shining and iridescent diamond descends towards you from above along the luminous beam within which you are located – this is how you can symbolically imagine the energy-informational matrix of ideal health. The diamond freezes above the top of your head, and you feel how crystal clear rays of energy and light coming from it enter your body through your head and fill your entire aura and biological shell. These rays touch every cell of your body, and every cell flashes with bright light and begins to shine like a small diamond. When you feel every cell of yours like a small shining diamond, it will mean that you have accepted the matrix of ideal health with your whole being.

Mentally say: “The ideal matrix of health given to me by the Almighty begins its work on all levels of my being, restoring my spiritual and physical health to the way it was originally intended by God.”

Again imagine a shining diamond above your head. Say: “I ask the perfect health matrix given to me by the Almighty to remain in my aura to guide the healing process, restoring my health, youth and prolongation of life.”

Take a few deep breaths in and out, feeling the radiant rays of many diamonds filling your body. Remember this feeling. Open your eyes.

Now at any time you can visualize a picture of a shining diamond above your head and express the intention to restore your body in accordance with the Divine Matrix of ideal health.
