And the main role in this is played by the already awakened pure human souls, who conduct educational activities among the population, as well as work energetically with the Earth and the collective consciousness of humanity.

Thus, help to people comes from two sides: from the subtle plane from all the Forces of Light, including your Galactic family, and from the ancient souls incarnated in physical bodies, who anchor high-vibrational energies to the Earth during their practices and meditations.

Why are you asked in all the messages of the Forces of Light to keep your vibrations high?

First of all, because even just by being in a harmonious state, you are already helping to adapt the energies of the higher vibrations for people who do not yet know how to receive them directly, thereby facilitating their mass awakening.
