Helping to Regain Power: Mountains, Bowels, Places of Power.

Now is an extraordinary time – the time of the return of strength. The power that has been divided into fragments for thousands of years is now ready to return to you. Do you remember… And you regain your power. The Spirit helps you do this. Your beloved planet Gaia helps you with this. Do not be afraid, dear ones. Go ahead. Your power is waiting for you.

The energies of Lemuria and Atlantis that you have hidden are waiting for you.

I will tell you what happened many millennia ago. All of you have incarnated in Lemuria and Atlantis. You incarnated there both during the golden age and when both civilizations were already doomed and coming to an end. You have seen both the rise and fall of these great civilizations. Some of you have seen the end of Lemuria, and some of you have seen the end of Atlantis. To this day, there is a vague longing for the lost homeland in your souls. 

You are drawn to places that even remotely resemble these ancient continents that have gone under water. When you come to such places, something vaguely disturbs your soul. As if you are trying to remember something… You feel something native in these places, something that you want to return to, something that you would like to merge with… And you don’t know how.

Very often this happens in mountainous areas, isn’t it?

Now, you’re ready to find out what’s going on here. Mountains are the keepers of power. And who put this force there? You did it! This is your strength. The mountains, by your will, have stored this power for you. And now they are ready to give it to you. Because it is yours by right.

When you realized that your Lemurian or Atlantean homeland was doomed, each of you took a piece of its energy. It can be said that you have breathed a part of your homeland into yourself in order to keep it in yourself, and in the next incarnation to bring it back to Earth.

For the next incarnation, you chose those areas of the Earth that reminded you of your homeland. And more often than not, you have incarnated there as humans. You have incarnated as the spirit of this place. Most often as a guardian spirit of the mountain, or another place that you call a place of power. Note that the places of power are most often in the mountains. 

Because the crystalline structure of the mountain is best suited for that high vibrational energy that you wanted to store for the future.

Yes, don’t be surprised! You have not always incarnated in human form. You have deliberately chosen to become the spirit of the place, the spirit of the mountain for one or more incarnations. That was your own free choice.

Now do you understand why, when you come to some mountainous areas, you feel a close family connection with them? You feel as if you have met yourself there. This is true, dear ones! There you meet a part of yourself that these mountains still keep. And now it’s time to give you back all these particles that contain a huge amount of power and the knowledge you need so much now.

At one time, you carried these pieces of your homeland all over the world. They are captured in mountainous regions on almost all continents of the Earth. Now do you understand why your scientists argue and cannot come to a single conclusion about where to look for Lemuria and Atlantis? Because Lemuria and Atlantis are everywhere! You have hidden their energies in protected areas all over the Earth.

But you don’t have to look for these particles of yourself all over the world. They are usually within your reach. You’ve been to this place before. And each of you knows exactly what place I’m talking about. Because you have already experienced closely related feelings to some mountainous area.

Before your current incarnation, you already knew that this would be your last or one of your last incarnations. You knew that in this incarnation the path of Ascension would open up to you. You knew that you would need all your strength to do this. Therefore, you decided to incarnate in a place from which it will not be difficult for you to get to the mountainous area you need.

Some of you have incarnated right in this mountainous region. Some are at an easily surmountable distance. But there are exceptions. Some of you live on the other side of the Earth from where your power lies. By choosing to incarnate so far, you have deliberately complicated your task. For you will only be able to get there and find the place of your power if your intention for Ascension is really pure, strong and very solid. In this case, distances cease to be an obstacle.

If you have such an intention, then you have probably already been able to feel where your place of power is. If you have already been there, you immediately felt: you are at home, this place is where you should be, even if it is far away from you. If you haven’t been there yet, you feel yourself irresistibly drawn there. And all the circumstances have either already developed, or in the near future will develop in such a way that you will get there.

Activate the power of the mountain – this is your power.

Do not be surprised that the power hidden in the mountains is only now being revealed to you. Do you want to know why it didn’t happen earlier, for example, in your childhood or adolescence? The answer to this question is that you first had to reach the level of development where you are now. First you had to discover the Divinity within you. This is a guarantee that you will not use the great power you have taken from the Lemurian and Atlantean incarnations for selfish, selfish and other anti-spiritual purposes.

How do you regain the power you left in the mountains? I must tell you that you will not only return strength. You will return the abilities, qualities, and knowledge that you possessed in Lemuria or Atlantis. Do not be surprised if you then find answers to questions that you have been struggling with for years, or solve problems that seemed unsolvable, or acquire new (or rather, seemingly new) unusual abilities for clairvoyance, telepathy, healing. All this is yours by right, all this the mountains have carefully preserved for you for thousands of years…

To get it all back, you don’t have to get on a plane right now and rush headlong to your favorite mountainous region. You can do it from a distance. Remember, when you were in this mountainous region, there was a special place where you spontaneously had a kind of divine revelation: the feeling that you were one with that place. The mountain seemed to you not just animate, you felt that it was a part of you, and you were a part of this mountain.

If you have the opportunity to be there in the near future, go to the mountain and talk to it. Establish a sincere, cordial contact with her. Tell them that you know who she really is. She will remember you – she has always remembered you. Ask for power. Ask for knowledge. Ask for access to those of your abilities that have been forgotten by you for the time being. Tell them that now the time has come. And that you will use the power you have gained, as well as the knowledge and abilities, only for the highest good of all humanity and the whole Earth.

And then just listen. Listen with all your being. You will feel that the mountain is answering you. You will feel how energy enters you, how energy flows move inside you. You will feel that you are breathing in the energy of the mountain and its power.

Thank the mountain for keeping the power for you for many millennia. Thank you from the bottom of your heart for helping you in your personal Ascension and the ascension of the entire planet.

Now the power that has been regained will begin to activate, to awaken within you. This may not happen all at once, but slowly, gradually, at the most comfortable pace for you. Accept this awakening power with gratitude and use it wisely.

If you do not have the opportunity to go to the place where “your” mountain is waiting for you, you can do the same from a distance. Remember that there is no distance for the Spirit. When you imagine a mountain in your mind, you are spiritually next to it.

Exercise 19. The power of the mountain

Remember that mountains have not only a physical, but also a spiritual nature. And physical contact is not always necessary if you are really ready to reclaim your power that the mountains have stored for you. This exercise will help you to get in touch with the mountain at any distance, even if you have not physically been in the place where the mountain that stores your power is located. Moreover, this exercise can be done even if you have not yet found your mountain and do not know where it is. In that case, you can just imagine the mountain of your dreams. And don’t be surprised if you find it in the physical world after that. When we go beyond three-dimensionality, nothing is impossible.

Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and slow smooth exhalations. Imagine either a familiar mountain or an imaginary one. Imagine breathing in the fresh mountain air, admiring the surrounding landscape. Mentally approach the mountain and sit at its foot, leaning your back against it. Take deep breaths and long exhalations, and imagine that with each breath you merge more and more with the mountain into one whole. You grow up, you seem to absorb the mountain, and at the same time you dissolve in the mountain. And now your head becomes the top of the mountain, and your feet become its base. And your inner self becomes the very essence of the mountain.

Feel the strength and power that pours into your body. It is a majestic, motionless, but at the same time living, breathing force. Your breath is powerful, powerful majestic streams of energy flow inside you. You are filled with greatness, peace and self-esteem. You rise above the world around you and see everything that is happening for many kilometers around. Clouds float past you, winds swirl around you, sometimes you are covered with snow and rain – but nothing can harm you, nothing can disturb your inner peace.

Feel the new things that the mountain teaches you. It teaches you strength, peace, and wisdom. Take these qualities, take them into your body, breathe them into yourself, and imagine how they fill you from the inside. Stay in this state as long as you want.

When you feel that it is enough, thank the mountain, say that you got everything you wanted from it. Tell him it’s time for you to come back.

Feel like you are sitting by the mountain again. Thank the mountain again. Then feel like you’re sitting where you are right now. Feel your body. Take a few deep breaths and open your eyes.

It is enough to do this exercise occasionally. Or maybe one or two times will be enough for you. But keep in mind that it will help you whenever you want to return to a state of confidence, strength, peace, and independence from external circumstances.
