The bowels of the Earth are a storehouse of strength and knowledge.

Be attentive not only to the mountains, but to any place where you spontaneously have a feeling of unity, merging with this place, as if you really are one with it. In such cases, you acutely feel that the world in which you live is endowed with Spirit and consciousness. In such places, too, particles of power and knowledge are stored for you. In such a place, you just need to sit quietly and meditate a little. And then you will discover what has been waiting for you for thousands of years.

If you find some kind of stone, crystal, or even ordinary river pebbles in such a place, in which you see something attractive, and feel that you should take it, take it. This is an energy accumulator that has c****t your attention for a reason. In the future, you will be able to work with it as with any crystal.

Special mention should be made of the bowels of the Earth. There is a real storehouse of strength and knowledge! Some of you are drawn not only to the mountains, but also to caves and dungeons. Follow the voice of your heart and it will lead you to a place where something special is hidden, prepared for you personally. What will it be? 

A crystal, an ancient artifact, or some other power item? It’s possible. Or maybe it will be just energy – the one that you need and that you have been looking for for a long time. Experiment. Don’t be afraid. Be sensitive to yourself and to the Spirit. And you will come to the point where the treasures prepared for you are waiting.

Exercise 20. Contact with the Earth’s interior.

In the bowels of the Earth, as in the mountains, there is a hidden power for us. In addition, there are many crystals in the bowels of the Earth that are waiting to be activated. Activation is the awakening of their power. Having awakened the power, the crystals will become a link between the Earth and the Cosmos, between the earthly and Divine energies. Thus, the crystals inside the Earth contribute to the process of the ascension of the planet and the creation of an earthly paradise here. But only we, humans, can awaken these crystals. Because only through us can they receive Divine energy. This energy simply cannot be delivered to Earth in any other way.

You can make contact with Earth right where you are right now. It is not necessary to go to nature, mountains or caves for this (but if there is an opportunity to go out, it is certainly good). We are all connected to the Earth, wherever we are. And therefore we can fulfill our mission as a link between the depths of space and the earth’s bowels right now.

Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and slow smooth exhalations. Keep your back straight. Imagine that a hollow glowing tube passes through your spine. It shines with a white sparkling light. Take a breath, and with an inhale, direct this stream of light upwards, through the crown of your head, into the depths of the Cosmos. Exhale, and imagine how with an exhalation the flow of energy goes down through a luminous tube, comes out through the base of the spine and goes deep into the Earth. Mentally trace the path of this stream to the bowels of the Earth. Imagine that there is a huge crystal in the very center of the Earth (it is really there). The flow of energy-light directed by you reaches this central crystal and touches it. 

The crystal instantly flares up, turning from dark to shining with a dazzling white light. Mentally say: “I activate the bowels of the Earth and ask them to accept the Divine energies of Light and Love. I appeal to the bowels of the Earth with a request to contribute to my Ascension and the entire planet, and to give the energies of Gaia necessary for this Ascension.”

You will feel a powerful flow of energy rising from the crystal in the center of the Earth through the base of the spine into your body. You are filled with powerful energy, you feel power. Through you, the energy continues to flow upwards, through the crown of your head into the depths of the Cosmos, and from there the flow of energy also rushes towards you. Now you feel two currents at the same time, rushing through your body towards each other. Both fill you with strength and consciousness that it is through you that the connection between the Cosmos and the Earth is realized – uniting the Earth with Heaven and bringing paradise on Earth closer.

Feel your Light, your power, your joy. Say: “Done!” Thank the Earth and Heaven.

Breathe a little deeply and open your eyes.
