Dolphins share power and divine lightness with you.

At the slightest opportunity, communicate with amazing creatures – whales and dolphins – before they leave you! Swim with them or at least admire them. You can look at them at least in pictures and photographs – and then you will notice how an amazing thing happens: at one glance at them, you instantly return to your Divine center! 

You become more centered, which means you become stronger. This is how dolphins and whales return your Divinity to you, and physical distances are not an obstacle for them. Even just by remembering and thinking about them, you regain your Divine power.

And they also transmit messages to you that you cannot hear, because they are transmitted at an ultrasonic – and at a high energy level. You do not hear, but you perceive these messages. That is why some of you have insights and insights after communicating with whales and dolphins. You feel like you know something important that you didn’t know before! And you don’t even know that this knowledge was given to you by whales and dolphins. In this sense, you can call them your teachers from the natural world.

They teach you not only knowledge, they not only help you remember your Divinity – they also teach you Divine lightness. Watch them play, watch them laugh! Do you now understand that Divinity does not necessarily mean severity and seriousness? They teach you fun, laughter, play, and in doing so, bring you back to the very essence of your being. 

Do you understand?

They won’t go away if you share the fun and play with them. They won’t go away if you don’t want to. Everything is in your hands, and it really is.

Exercise 21. Dolphin Meditation of Power and Protection.

Dolphins not only give us strength, they also give us protection. For by their mere presence (even if it is imaginary to us) they bring us back to our Divine center, and when we are centered in this way, we are invulnerable. No matter what happens around us, nothing can harm us. Even if we have to walk in total darkness, we can still keep our light intact. 

We do not allow anyone or anything to plunge us into fear, doubt, anxiety, negative experiences. With the help of dolphins, we become so strong that our light burns many times brighter, keeping out the darkness and illuminating the vast space around us. In this way, we protect ourselves, and at the same time light the way for other people, who thereby become more able to come to the light of divinity in their own way.

We can make contact with dolphins at any distance. After all, they, like us, are not only physical beings, but also spiritual, multidimensional. In the absence of physical contact, this contact, if we wish, will occur at the level of other dimensions. If you have images or figurines of dolphins at hand, it’s good. And if not, you can simply conjure up images of them in your mind’s eye. And then you will be able to do this meditative exercise whenever and wherever you need strength and protection.

Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and slow smooth exhalations. Imagine yourself on the seashore. Early morning, silence, complete calm at sea. You enter the water – it is warm and perfectly clear. You dive into the water and slowly float on a smooth transparent surface. Here you are diving and swimming underwater. Imagine that you can breathe on water. At the same time, water is perceived by you as air. You are swimming in absolutely clear blue-blue water. You see every pebble, every shell at the bottom, schools of goldfish swimming by. 

You frolic in the water, swim farther and farther and see a pod of dolphins. You swim up to the dolphins, and you see that they are happy to see you, they are laughing, talking in their own language, and as if inviting you to join them. You swim up, and the pack parts to give you a place in the very middle. You swim with the pack. From all sides you are guarded by your faithful cheerful friends – dolphins. You can imagine that you have also turned into a dolphin, or you can remain yourself – a human. You can imagine that you are riding a dolphin, or as a full-fledged member of the pod, you move with it.

Imagine that a dolphin pod is a single powerful energy flow. You are also part of this flow. Imagine that the flow becomes monolithic, so cohesive that no force can disrupt its movement. You move powerfully and smoothly in the flow, and you feel absolutely protected. You can walk any distance and not get tired at all. All the creatures you meet on your way part and give way to you. Even underwater reefs, stones, rocks part. Dolphins swim fast and confidently, and you feel their strength become your strength.

Enjoy this swim as much as you want. When you feel that enough is enough, mentally thank the dolphins. You can ask one of them to accompany you to the shore, or you can get out on your own. After thanking the dolphins and saying goodbye to them, wish them good and light, and say that you will definitely return. You can also add whatever you want from yourself.

Imagine that you have come out of the sea, and now you are sitting on the shore. Then remember where you are at the moment. Become aware of and feel your body. Breathe a little deeply and open your eyes.

You can do this exercise as often as you want, it will instantly restore your peace of mind and a sense of strength, free you from stress and any dissonant emotions.

There are different living beings living near you. Among them, pets occupy a special place. They also came to you not by chance. Notice that they bring you love. Their love is unconditional – it does not set conditions. Animals do not say: you must behave well, and then I will love you. They do not say: you owe me this and that, and then I will love you. They love you just like that – just for what you are. 

The love of God is unconditional love. Do you understand now why animals are divine? Do you understand the gift they give you and what they teach you? You can learn not only from animals, but even from plants, from flowers. Oh, the flowers of your beloved planet Earth are a special realm. In each flower lives a small natural spirit that wants to attract your attention with all its might. This is a little angel of the flower, but it can help you too. Talk to him, and you will receive a whole cloud of fragrant love!
