All flowers on the planet give you love.

Surround yourself with flowers, grow them yourself, cultivate your garden, as only you can. Flowers will fully give you a Divine blessing. They will become your protection and your source of strength.

Talk to flowers, trees, as to your friends, ask them for help, protection, strength. You can’t even imagine how beautiful your Earth really is, if you look through our eyes… And how alive and spiritual your nature is. Never forget that you and the Earth are one. You are divine, you come from the one family of God, but you are also children of the earth. This is your uniqueness. You are the only ones in the entire universe. Send love to the Earth and all its inhabitants, and they will reciprocate your feelings. You will see how beautiful it is.

Exercise 22. Flower Meditation.

Flowers, like animals, have both physical and spiritual essences, and therefore you can establish contact with them at a distance. This is a great way to feel your unity with earthly nature and its spirits, as well as to recharge your strength, vigor, mental and physical health.

Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and slow smooth exhalations. Imagine a clearing or a large flower bed. Flowers of various shades, sizes, and shapes grow there. And in the center, you see your favorite flowers. You approach the flowers, admiring their beauty and inhaling wonderful aromas. You see the flowers nodding to you and inviting you to join them, to become one of them.

You find yourself in the center of the flower garden, among your most favorite flowers. You are surrounded by fragrance. The flowers are alive, nodding to you and seem to be talking to you. What do you think they want to tell you? Don’t be surprised if they give you some very useful tips and answer your innermost questions.

You see butterflies fluttering among the flowers, dragonflies with transparent wings. You breathe in the aroma – and at the same time the energy of the flower meadow. Your body is filled with warm, blissful peace. You see a beautiful flower right in front of you – and it seems to you that the same beautiful flower is blooming in your heart. You feel like a blooming flower.

Blossoming begins inside you, from your heart, you are filled with lively creative energy, you feel free and happy, opening up to the world like a beautiful flower. There is a sea of the same flowers around you, you bathe in this abundance of flowers, and enjoy the feeling of unity with flowers, with all earthly nature.

Thank the flowers for sharing their strength and energy with you. Tell yourself that it’s time for you to return to your human form. Feel yourself among the flowers again, then imagine admiring the flowers from the side. Then remember where you are in the present moment, feel your body, breathe a little deeply, and open your eyes.

It is very good if you have the opportunity to perform this exercise in nature, among fresh flowers. But this is not necessary, flowers will share their power and love with you at any distance. The exercise can be done as often as you want.
