Be Kind To Yourself

My dearest child, when you have experienced a loss, it may feel as if the whole world has come to an end. What was safe and familiar no longer exists and it may be challenging to move forward. Logic tells you to get on with things, but often forgets the intricacies of the human heart. You are being lovingly reminded to be kind to yourself during this transition…allow yourself time to grieve. Learning to live in a changed reality takes time, patience and understanding. As always, The Universe will be right here, supporting and loving you until you are ready to begin again. ~ Creator
