It Is Okay

It is okay if you do not feel up to it today.
It is okay to experience feelings of sadness and loss.
It is okay to feel lonely and lost for a moment or two.
Part of self-care is allowing those feelings to be experienced and validated and an important step to moving through them.
Dearest child, take a nice deep breath and allow yourself to feel the love of The Universe wrapping you in a hug. Let that feeling of safety envelope you and know that all will be well in time. ~ Creator
