The heart is all about love. The more you open your heart to give and receive love, to feel love, the more you allow your Higher Self to dwell in there with you, and guide you, until you become one. She’s the part of you that wants you to expand and become the new you.
The old you is the programmed you, the ego, and the new you is the real you, the highest in you, and you inch closer to that essence through the heart, for at times, mind keeps you trapped in this world, but the heart pulls you up to the higher world, to the invisible world, where thoughts are there too, in a higher form.
Let the heart transfer to the mind the thoughts, rather than mind grabbing thoughts from what’s available, so you reach further into more, higher, into more refined thoughts.
You can receive from above or below. When the heart is open, you open the channel to receive from above, the higher. And when you shut the heart, you can only receive from the lower, not because the channels are blocked, but because you turned them off.
The heart holds secrets that the mind cannot understand. The gateway to more is the heart, while mind’s job is to decode, process that information. So stay in the heart, for the basic lesson is the most essential lesson. And you do that (stay in the heart) by coming back to the moment.
It is simple really. Life is now. Your power is now. You can only receive now. Your guidance is now. Your Higher Self is speaking now. It’s all now.
There is no easier, faster method than coming back to now. For all your thoughts don’t belong to now, the only thought that belongs to now is the emotion of now, the awareness of now, the thankfulness for being, existing now.
Open up to more and you’ll receive more. It’s a natural process.
