Many lately have reflected this kind of feeling to me.
“My heart is broken up and it feels absolutely everything and it is so intense…Not what I thought the journey to Light would be, but wild and not good or bad but not joyous like I thought it would be, just intense and wide open. Hard to take at times.”
We have lived in a mad reality and played ignorant.
Waking up is a combination of expansion and contraction. When you contract it feels like going down, backwards, turned inside out, and back to front. And it is.
But this is where WE learn to experience and observe rather than react and avoid.
Meditation and such like is very important because you build a dynamic in your life which makes it easier for you to be the observer in times of Contraction.
And if you cannot reach Love in any given moment you can certainly cultivate feelings of “APPRECIATION” for the knowing of the “little” things in your world, and for the dropping of what was.
This is the “space between” and you learn to be comfortable in it until the next expansion wave within you emerges.
Patience in your journey.
It is not in the doing but in the Being that a “higher” you arises.

It is TIME
All the LIGHTS are Shining Bright.
Each Knows their place and their Heart filled task.
The change is Here from the ground up.
And thus the “blind’ will not see it until it is too late.
Bless their hearts.
And when they fall to their knees, WE will pick them up and show them how Love sees it.
