Simmering in Peace Soup; or, my Best Guess | Steve Beckow

In my books, we’re all simmering in Peace Soup (pun intended). Leaving aside the expected Ring of Fire and looking at the more gradual process of awakening to peace, can we find help from the Company of Heaven on what the dawning of peace within us may look like?

Yes, here’s Michael describing that process:

Archangel Michael: It is the quiet awakening of the heart and the heart consciousness, and the willingness not only to embrace love, but to be love. And within that comes the anchoring and the embrace of the fullness of peace within each and every heart. (1)

Let’s break that down:

(A) “It is the quiet awakening of the heart and the heart consciousness”

We are asleep and then we wake up. But this is not a normal awakening. This is the awakening of the heart and, with it, of heart consciousness.

What does that actually mean? The heart door, the heart aperture, the hridayam, usually almost entirely closed, now opens and a flood of a love beyond words hits us and sweeps away all concerns.  (2) We’ve just had a fourth-chakra “heart opening.”

Opening to this higher-dimensional or transformative love, allowing it to guide us is the meaning I attach to “heart consciousness.”

(B) “And the willingness not only to embrace love, but to be love.”

We’re not simply content to feel this higher-dimensional, transformative love; we now feel a mounting desire to be that love in everything we think, say, and do.

And given that the planetary vibrations are always increasing the lovelight, the direction the world is going in matches our desire to be love.

(C) “And within that comes the anchoring and the embrace of the fullness of peace within each and every heart.”

In the process of yearning to be only love, the temperature rises to such a high degree that it triggers the experience of higher-dimensional peace, a peace that cannot be fathomed with the mind and hence “passeth understanding.”

That’s what I get from Michael’s words. That’s how we get from here to inner peace.

But the fact that I’ve experienced the peace that Michael points to (3) does not mean that I’m somehow an expert on everything to do with that peace any more than one trip to the Louvre would make me an expert on Michaelangelo.

But it does mean that I know what Michaelangelo … errr, Archangel Michael … is talking about.

Surrender to love; love will prepare you for peace; peace will allow the truth of who you are to surface. Mission accomplished.

What mission? Our purpose in life is to know who we are. When one of us knows that we are God (“O Thou I!”), at that moment, God meets God. And for this meeting was all of this created.  (4)

That’s my best guess.
