On the Wings of Freedom.
Anger, sadness, loneliness, doubt, confusion, fear, AND excitement, gratitude, peace, happiness, joy, love are my Divine right to experience.
They are an essential part of the experience of my HUmanness.
As I claim and own this experience as my own and as my guides to energetic unfoldment and mastery, the former recede and the latter emanate from the core of who I am.
Claiming it all is part of Loving who I am.
And if I can do this without a story attached to any of it then I am living in the moment making choices between fear and love, between Light off and Light On.
And to claim all emotion without a story, a “clinging to”, is to feel it all move through my body, and to experience it as a growing liberation of self. Dancing out of the Shadows.
Grounded in the physical Now, anchored in and through my Heart (the Heart of One).
An experience of unblocking and increasing Flow and fullness of me and All (the WE).
The sweetness, wonder, and beauty of being HUMan.
Be unafraid of any of your feelings.
Allow them, experience them, claim them.
One day you will look back on all these experiences with great affection and delight for HUMan Aliveness is a benediction.
You are Divine and you are HUMan.
For goodness sake ease up on yourself and all your judgments and enjoy this ride.

PS: And I taste the beautiful freshness of water on my lips and mouth and running down inside me.
I feel the caress of the breeze on my face and in my hair.
I see the beauty and perfection in everything in my vision.
I feel the balance and grace in the movement of my body.
And it is all indescribably delicious.
And in this moment there is not one thought I can have that cannot point me to my feeling of Being Alive.
