“We Need a New Board.”

How would a new board (as in chessboard) or a new institution operate?

I can make it extremely simple by saying: To build a New Earth that works for everyone, a new institution would need to express the divine qualities, in every respect – intentions, structure, operating constraints, etc.

Soon enough it’ll make perfect sense to you for me to say, in building that New Earth we have to start with what’s basic. And what’s  basic to creating whatever we create next is imbuing them with the divine qualities.

Michael always used to ask me: Is it of love? Well, that may not seem or feel like a basic consideration now, but after the Ring of Fire/Wave of Love and, incredibly more so, after Ascension, the love we’ll then know will blow our paradigms away and totally reorient our thinking. Love is the new board. Love is the new game.

Somehow I think calling it “higher-dimensional love” doesn’t resonate. Why not use our favorite current word: Quantum love. Let’s see if that resonates.

Think of it. A devious person could make any arrangement fail. A structure based on oppression and inequality will not last. It’d be like building a castle out of sand with bullrushes for cannons. The first wave of seawater will sweep it away.

Now carve the castle out of rock. The divine qualities are like rock. (1) They – and the structures founded on them – will stand, no matter what. (2)

Any structure I’d suggest would be of secondary importance. Without being animated by the divine qualities, sooner or later, bickering will set in and those same divine qualities will disappear from the enterprise or become automatic and no longer deep or genuine.

Having said that, all that’s left is my preference. And my preference would be conciliar government. Councils at every level. Let’s make that work first before we try more sophisticated arrangements.

In an experience of meditation in which I watched people’s faces whiz by me, I saw one whose mien I recognized. I said: “That is peace “and, upon recognition, a ray of light s**t from him to me, leaving me in what I now might call “quantum peace.” OK, OK, higher-dimensional peace.

“Immediately I found myself sinking into a deep, deep sense of peace, way down deep. I ended up in a place that was absolutely solid. It was as if I were standing on a slab of granite.

“Later again, in An Hour with an Angel, Michael also described peace as being like stone and I remarked that that was my experience as well. I would have expected downy softness.

“The solidity of the ground under my feet probably reflected my own inner stability, which seems to be a gift of true peace when it becomes permanent.

“This peace passed understanding in the sense that the mind was so still I’d have to describe it as inactive, archived, taken offline. There was no such act as understanding going on because the mind was decommissioned.

(2) Not the physical structures, but the social structures.

We’ve seen numerous waves of persecution and empire-building that have seen structures based on the divine qualities swept away.  Take Genghis Khan for instance or Tamerlane. I don’t claim to be able to explain those. However one historical conversation I had with Michael might be somewhat enlightening here:

Steve: I’m curious to know why you stopped Hannibal from marching on Rome.

Archangel Michael: Rome was in a process of their own development and evolution. It was not for the highest good for the forward movement of humanity that that take place.

Steve: Then why was it for the highest good that Carthage fall?
