I’m coaxing “Seraphina” to come a little more out into the spotlight and hope you’re enjoying her conversations with the Mother, the angelics and the masters.

A morning conversation.

Good morning. I think about judgment a lot. I have called myself a judgment machine because I judge everything…and I do mean everything .

Depending on what it is, I evaluate everything according to my likes and dislikes, my opinions, my beliefs, my understandings ,my education … everything.

I’ve been cynical, not as much now as in the past. I don’t think I’m much different than everyone else in this area.

However, these days, I am consciously aware of my own judgments and overwhelmed at the HUGE amount of judgment in the Collective.

I want to fix it. I want to explain it to someone when I see and hear their harsh judgments of others. I watch myself judge them for judging !!! What a hamster wheel !!

I know, intellectually, how NOT to do this. But how do I integrate non-judgment completely into who I am here now experiencing this human life?

Help. I am open to receive.

Divine Mother and Sananda:

My dear child. Awareness is the best first step. Seeing the ‘problem’ clearly allows you to address it clearly.

You have heard our teachings on non-judgment for many years. It is a human thing to do, judging how others who are not “like” you are expressing.

After awareness comes seeing the ISNESS of things. Allow what Is to be what it is. See it for what it is with no frills or trappings.

Then comes allowance. Allow what it is to be what it is. Now, allowance does not necessarily mean to embrace it and make it your truth, but to let it exist as what it is.

Then comes the harder part … allowing what is without the need to change it to fit your idea of what it should be … “should” … there’s a tricky word.

Seeing, acknowledging, allowing and accepting what is from a higher perspective takes away the need to ‘fix’ anything.

If you can allow something to just BE in your world, to just exist, you are then able to co-exist. You are then able to co-exist with your conflict. This is key to world peace.

Now, we are not saying that war, t*****e, m****r and other things are acceptable , but acknowledging that they exist without lending your energy to them takes away any feeling of that need to judge and push against it.

When you judge and push against anything, you are feeding it energy and keeping it alive. Judgement against anything keeps it solid.

Non-judgement and Light and Love heals these darker energies and they cannot stand against Light and Love. This is the mechanism that is at work now on this world.

Being For rather than Being Against, Love instead of Hate, Recognition and Allowance rather than judgment (remember allowance does not mean embracing).

Stand in your heart. Stand in your Love. Stand in your Light and Be your Highest Expression.

Let all else be what it is.
