Looking at our Essence and its Presence | Kenneth Schmitt

When we actually know who we are in the presence of awareness of our greater Self beyond time and space, we can expect to have all the powers of a master of consciousness. Meanwhile, we can imagine being the master in how we feel about ourselves. This is where the seed of the experience of our reality is planted. In every moment, trillions of times a second, we are creating our reality by the realizations of everything that fills our attention and attracts our mental, emotional and sensual experiences. There can be a wide range of experiences happening around us, but the focus of our attention provides the vibratory quality of our creative energy.

Our attention can go anywhere anytime, and we are our own directors. By focusing our awareness to what we love the most, of all the energetic patterns that we are aware of in every moment, we create better experiences within the life stream that comes to us. By having a constant intention of feeling gratitude, love and joy as much as possible, we expand the power of that vibration, making it easier to align with, for us and everyone.

Finally, from deep within, we can know that our realization creates our reality, and we create our realization. We already have every ability we could ever want, but we limit our abilities by our beliefs about our identity. Because we believe that the empirical world is what is real, our constant awareness of it keeps recreating it. But once in a while, for a moment, we expand to our non-localized presence of awareness. This could be due to a severe accident, a near-lethal d*****e, a near-d***h experience, or even an extremely deep daydream that we remember.

We live in our imaginations all the time. Every experience is imaginary. The only difference between what we experience physically and what is beyond the physical is the vibratory spectrum of the energetic patterns. Some of these are interpreted by the subconscious portion of our presence of awareness as sensuous empirical reality. It’s what we have trained ourselves as babies to focus on, because it’s what everyone around us focuses on. Everything beyond the physical, we’re generally unaware of. But in our essence, we are completely without limits in who we are, and we always have our own eternal presence of awareness that we can express into any form we desire, including our human person.

We are here to realize the truth of our identity and to live in the vibratory expressions of our true Self. As we remember who we are in that portion of us that constantly creates and enlivens our human body, we can practice imagining our reason for being here. On a global scale, humanity has been a negative force on our planet. We’re here to correct this, and we’re powerful enough to do it. We can begin by being aware of what’s life-diminishing and destructive and not engaging with those qualities. We can accept their presence and allow them to dissipate from our experience with no judgment or connection. We can connect only with what is life-enhancing energy and those who align with it. Making the transition can be challenging, but it’s temporary, until we can change the vibratory quality of our energetic signature.
