A Message for Empaths: Letting Go of the Need to Control

As empaths, we often find ourselves taking on the emotional burdens of those around us. We may feel an intense desire to help others, to heal their wounds, and to guide them on their path. However, this can lead to feelings of burnout, frustration, and responsibility for the outcomes of others. The 9D Arcturian Council, in a recent transmission, offers a timely reminder that we are not responsible for the choices and outcomes of others. In fact, attempting to control or manipulate others can be counterproductive to their growth and evolution.

“We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are succeeding as far as we are concerned, because we are offering you exactly what we want to offer to you. Whether you accept what we offer is entirely up to you, but we do not see that as our doing or as our decision. Therefore, we consider our offerings to be a success. Whether you receive what we are offering or not, we cannot interfere with your process, with your journey. We cannot circumvent your free will. It is your choice and your freedom to choose whether you accept what we offer or not, and we are talking about the teachings and the energies.

We feel satisfied in having sent you what we have sent you. Therefore, we consider these offerings a success. You can do the same with all the people in your lives, whether you are acting as a friend, as a coach, as a healer, as a parent. It does not matter how you are operating in relationship to the other people in your life. You offer the energies that you offer, the good intentions that you have for them, and perhaps the advice when prompted, and they will do with what you offer what they will, or they will ignore it completely.

It’s not your fault when someone in your life does not receive the gift that you offer them, so don’t make that your responsibility. You cannot heal everyone. You cannot put everyone on the right track. You, like us, cannot interfere because everyone who is in your life has free will, has a journey, has choices to make, and you cannot see their bigger picture anyway.

So never think of yourselves as failures when you simply cannot help someone, even if they have come to you for help or for healing. It’s up to them to receive what you offer, and it’s not up to you to overcome their resistance to what you are offering. It is good for you all to know this because you are on the leading edge. If you are receiving this transmission, then you are amongst The Awakened Collective and you serve as a light worker in some capacity.

Again, you do not have the ability to do something for someone else, but you can offer what you offer and allow them to take it or not. You can then feel satisfied that you did your part, and if there is no more that you can do, then there was no more that you were supposed to do. So you can let yourselves off the hook also for having all the answers or for being everything to a person that they need you to be.

Everyone has the opportunity to receive what you offer, and everyone also has the opportunity to stand on their own two feet, with or without you. You can hold space for other people and offer them love, compassion, healing, forgiveness, everything that you can, but they are ultimately the ones who are creating their reality and they get to utilize their free will.

So take the pressure off of you for having to be everything to everyone, especially if you consider yourself to be an empath, and you will live a happier life, and you can let everyone else live their lives and go through their trials and tribulations, because it all serves them, whether it seems that way to you or not.
