The Power of Perspective: Why Limiting Beliefs Hold You Back

When it comes to manifesting our desires and living a fulfilling life, our beliefs play a significant role. However, the idea of having “limiting beliefs” can be a bit misleading. You see, a belief is simply a perspective or an attitude towards something. And having multiple perspectives can actually be a powerful tool in creating the life we want. As Abraham, a spiritual collective channeled by Esther Hicks, so aptly puts it, “the more beliefs or the more perspectives or the more attitudes, the bigger the vibrational kitchen from which you can make your pie.”

In other words, having a diverse range of perspectives allows us to tap into a broader range of energies and possibilities. This is what Abraham refers to as a “vibrational kitchen,” where we can mix and match different ingredients (or energies) to create the reality we desire. When we limit ourselves to a single belief or perspective, we restrict the possibilities available to us. We become stuck in a narrow way of thinking, unable to access the full range of energies that could help us manifest our desires.

The key, then, is not to get rid of our beliefs or perspectives, but to become skilled at directing our energy. When we’re able to do this, we can hold multiple beliefs or perspectives without becoming dominated by any one of them. We can see things from different angles, and use this broader understanding to inform our decisions and actions. As Abraham says, “just get so good at directing your Energy that the belief doesn’t dominate.” This is the key to unlocking our full creative potential and manifesting the life we truly desire.

By embracing multiple perspectives and becoming more aware of our energy, we can break free from the limitations that hold us back. We can tap into a deeper sense of possibility and potential, and create a reality that is more vibrant, diverse, and fulfilling. So, rather than trying to eliminate our limiting beliefs, we should focus on expanding our perspectives and developing our ability to direct our energy. By doing so, we’ll be able to create a richer, more nuanced reality that reflects the complexity and beauty of our true selves.
