THE ASCENSION ENERGY HAS GREATLY SHIFTED. IT FEELS DENSER IN THE COLLECTIVE. WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING HIGHER FREQUENCY ENERGIES FOR SOME TIME AND IT CAN FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE FOR THE PHYSICAL BODYTO FUNCTION, IT CAN ALSO ACTIVATE THE SHADOWS WHICH CAN CREATE ANXIETY. THE PHYSICAL IS UPGRADING, MANY ARE REACTING AND EXPERIENCING BRAIN FOG , BODY ACHES, SINUS, DENTAL ISSUES, FLU CONGESTION AND MANY OTHER ASCENSION SYMPTOMS.

The past week and especially the last 48 hours have felt extremely intense due to the recent increase in solar storms and sun flare activity Some may be feeling an increase in overwhelm and oversensitivity, emotional, sadness, anxious, or going through physical pain or feeling you have increased in energy levels .

Starseeds, the mind is no longer processing information in the same way it once used to, you are occupied in anchoring light into your surroundings. A time to ground deeper into new earth energies.

This planetary energy can also intensify duality, the inner shadow, bringing to light what may need more conscious attention this can cause some anxiety and fear to arise. As we continue to change, our emotional body may also be in reaction mode due to this ascension spike. Things can feel overwhelming and over stimulating for a time, some may be feeling lost , confused and doubting where you find your self at present, concerns of moving forward with unsure direction .

There may be situations where you are feeling blocked in some way, or as though things are “stuck” / unsolvable through the mind. Trust that while you might be metaphorically at a stand still in the outer world, there is a much deeper-level that is an important part of the ascension journey taking place within that is necessary to align the energy before you receive the intuitive signs to move forward.

This self transformational process can be uncomfortable and painful, but it ultimately leads to a more evolved, liberated and embodied true self. Higher ascension in self is always an inside work, each ascending individual is actively participating in their own conscious reality and personal conscious growth and development.

Each Ascending soul is at a unique stage in evolution. This means that there can be a wide gap in soul development between you and your loved ones spanning thousands or even millions of years.

Trying to help others awaken to deeper truths can be very challenging for the self, as we cannot force others to understand more than they are consciously ready to receive. It’s always important to focus on your own evolution allowing your energy to keep doing the work, this is what impacts the ascending world the most.

THE HIGHER THE DIMENSION, THE SMALLER THE TRIBE.

Ascension is a personal journey that requires grounding high vibrational energies into the physical realm through multidimensional shifts, adjustments and changes. Many Starseeds, Lightworkers, and Awakening Souls, are currently undergoing mental, physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual upgrades.

The ascending have been transitioning through portals recently, moving through the earths new planetary energies, realigning, refining, updating and redesigning their ascension paths externally, this can at times lead to feelings of discomfort , discontent, confusion, emptiness.

Recent ascension transitions have activated the heart chakra healing process. This healing experience may bring up unexpected issues related to the chest area as the heart chakra activates and undergoes a deep purging and healing process .

Heart activations during this time may bring up deeper reflections on what truly brings in lasting joy, no longer compromising happiness in life, now making conscious changes to move forward manifesting clear intentions, as all now will be integrated into the new path.

In the next coming weeks many will feel a sense of much needed energetic relief, light heartedness feelings within self you may not have experienced or felt for quite sometime. You will also experience a heightened ability to see through anything that lacks integrity and move away from it without fear or any judgment. This is a strong sign that you are stepping into your higher conscious power.

2026 is a defining year of ascension and inner transformation. The Higher Self is dismantling outdated patterns, dissolving out dated foundations, and clearing what no longer aligns with the soul’s true direction. The ascending self is moving through a profound identity reset, where familiar versions of life, purpose, and self-perception can no longer remain the same.

Although part of you may crave stability and certainty, the stronger influence of ascension will begin guiding outcomes toward alignment rather than comfort. What once felt secure may shift unexpectedly, not as punishment, but as divine realignment.

Many are now leaving behind attachments to former identities, relationships, behaviours, and beliefs that no longer resonate with who they are becoming. Anything built upon external validation, fear, illusion, or the need for approval will gradually dissolve, making space for authenticity and soul truth to emerge.
