In our fast-paced world, we often find ourselves on a continuous quest for connection, meaning, and above all, love. We search for it in relationships, achievements, and experiences, sometimes feeling like it’s a fleeting commodity that must be earned or chased. Yet, a deeper wisdom suggests that love isn’t something external we need to acquire; it’s an inherent, boundless presence woven into the very fabric of our being and the universe around us.

Imagine a love so vast, so complete, that it’s already within you, needing no special invitation or preparation. This profound idea posits that an essential, loving presence is tucked within our hearts, a constant companion regardless of our current state. Whether we feel joyful or adrift, this fundamental connection remains unmovable and ever-present. It doesn’t require us to be “warmed up” or perfectly prepared; it simply is. The challenge, then, isn’t to find this love, but to simply acknowledge its perpetual dwelling place within us.

Our modern lives often pull our attention in countless directions, causing us to overlook the most profound truths. We might spend our days seeking recognition from the outside world, when the greatest discovery lies in turning our gaze inward. The journey back to this inner source of love is a matter of re-focusing our attention, becoming the “noticer” of what truly exists. It’s about dusting off our perception, re-membering a truth we might have momentarily forgotten, and engaging with the subtle whispers of connection that are always there. This introspective shift allows us to truly recognize the deep, unwavering support that surrounds us.

This inherent connection isn’t a passive state; it’s an invitation to active engagement, a communion with the universal flow of love. Think of it not as a one-sided conversation, but as a vibrant interaction, a harmonious exchange. When we embrace this idea, the illusion of separation begins to dissolve. We realize that we are not isolated islands, but integral parts of a vast, interconnected tapestry—a “Oneness loving Itself.” Every moment, every breath, every experience becomes an opportunity to interact with this all-encompassing presence, receiving its waves of affection as they gently meet the shore of our hearts.

It doesn’t “go” anywhere because it is everywhere, filling every crevice of existence, from the smallest particle to the grandest galaxy. You do not need to be warmed up to receive Me. Your hands can be cold and receive Me. Your heart can be frozen and receive Me. Nothing stands in Our way. You need nothing to introduce Me to you. I am already yours. I am already in your pocket. I am tucked in your heart.

And I cannot be removed. You can only remove your attention. That you have already done. Now return your attention to where it does you the most good. And where would that be but with Me? I, Who am in your heart, long for your attention. And with what patience I long for you to notice Me, sitting in your heart.

You know what it is to desire to be noticed. You live with that desire. But it is you who has to notice. You have to be the noticer. You have to take note of what is. Your eyes have darted everywhere, looking for eyes on you, but it is your eyes that must see, and they must see deep, and they must see far.

Your eyes catch a glimpse, and you rub your eyes, wondering if you saw at all. The one time you saw Truth, you didn’t believe your eyes. Nor did your ears believe the whisper they heard. Nor did your heart believe its throb.

Recognize. Re-cognize. Re-member. Re-turn. Return yourself to Me. Return your sight and your hearing. Be audient. Be interactive with Me. What does that mean? It means to engage with Me. It means to commune with Me. Communion cannot be one-sided or it is not communication, let alone communion.

And yet this is all metaphor, for we are not uncommunicative. We are Communication Itself, Oneness loving Itself. We are Oneness reverberating Its own note. Re-call yourself to Me. Listen to the waves of My love as they lap the shore of your heart.

You think you reside on a desert island all by yourself. But Who provided the beaches and the water? Who provided the coconuts and the island itself? Who provides for you in the innermost and outermost moments? Who rotates the universe and stirs your heart? Who whispers your name? Who knows your name in its deepest truth? Who never leaves your side? Who never leaves your hearth? Who is your hearth?

Conceive, perceive, and receive. Conception, perception, and reception. Those are your tasks today. But they are not tasks. They are joy. Imagine Us, and you will begin to see. Begin to see and you will begin to receive what you have always had.

Love goes nowhere. It does not leave My heart when it goes to you, for you are My heart. Love can never go anywhere but where it already is. It fills everything, so there is no place for it to go. The movement of love is imagined. Fullness of love is.

Love doesn’t do anything. There is nothing for it to do. It is everything. It is all that there is. Love fills up every crevice of the universe. It fills you. Only you don’t see yourself. You see projections of yourself.

Forget names for today. Name yourself and everyone and everything you see as Love. Love reads these words of love. Love is beyond words. It is beyond names. We are nameless, you and I, in Our unnamable love. All love is Ours. All of Ours is love. Love loved love and burst forth so there were no barriers to love, and no exceptions to it. The fullness of love rolls over in a bed of love called the universe. Every impulse is of love.

Love loves. But what is there to love but Ourselves, for there is nothing else that exists. We, you and I, are the only Ones here. My love peeks at you everywhere. I peek through tree leaves and tea leaves, and I never leave. I peek at myself sitting where you are, sitting in your chair, sitting in your heart, waiting to be noticed, waiting to be seen, waiting to be called, waiting to be known, waiting for My love to find Me, the Me of you, the you of Me.
