In the rapid pace of today’s world, many of us find ourselves on a profound path of self-discovery and spiritual growth. Whether you feel like a newcomer to these concepts or have been exploring your inner life for many years, it is important to recognize that your current awareness is the culmination of countless experiences across time. This journey toward higher understanding is not a race to reach a static finish line, but rather a dynamic, flowing process. We often mistakenly believe that spiritual maturity means constant serenity, yet it is entirely natural to experience a spectrum of human emotions. Embracing the peaks and valleys is a vital part of the human experience.

It is easy to fall into the trap of perfectionism, feeling that we must maintain a flawless demeanor to be considered “awake.” However, true growth comes from self-compassion. You do not need to be perfect to be making progress. The obstacles, setbacks, and moments of uncertainty you encounter are not signs of failure; rather, they are meaningful components of your evolution. Often, the most refined souls choose the most challenging circumstances to test their own strength and capacity for compassion. When life feels difficult or messy, try to view these moments as opportunities—a way to “level up” and refine your soul’s wisdom.

Furthermore, we are currently living in a unique era characterized by planetary transformation and the expanding potential for discovery beyond our own world. As a conscious individual, you are playing a significant role in helping others navigate these shifts. Your personal struggles are actually the tools that allow you to relate to and support those around you. By moving through your own challenges, you develop the empathy and the strategies necessary to lead and encourage others. You are not meant to be a detached observer; you are meant to be a participant who learns through living.

Finally, rest in the knowledge that you are never walking this path alone. Life on Earth is a complex endeavor, and you are supported by an abundance of guidance that often arrives in the most unexpected ways. If you are feeling overwhelmed, give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and simply be present. Release the pressure to “get it all done” or to manifest a idealized version of life. By accepting your current circumstances with grace, you honor the grander purpose of your journey and make space for the support that is always waiting to assist you.

“I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame.

You all have been working at your spirituality for quite some time, if you are receiving this message. And for those of you who are newly awake in this lifetime, then know that this is not the first lifetime in which you have awakened, and therefore, it is the result of several lifetimes in a row that you have found yourself in this place where you are today.

Of course, it does not take a lifetime to reach a state of enlightenment. You can be in a state of enlightenment in a moment, and then that moment can be gone, and you can find yourself in anger, fear, hate, sadness, or despair again. You do not attain enlightenment and then never have to slip out of it again. You will have your ups and downs on this path, and when you ascend, your downs will still be pretty good compared to where they take you in this dimension and density.

So be easy on yourselves and let yourselves off the hook. You do not have to be perfect. You do not have to achieve any sort of spiritual perfection, and you are allowed to have moments where you are holding your head in your hands and wondering how you got to the place you are currently in, yet again. Remember that the journey is about having lots of twists and turns on it. You’re meant to hit those potholes and run into those roadblocks and obstacles. That’s what this is all about.

And you are making progress no matter what you might think about yourself in this moment and your current set of life circumstances. It is almost always the case that those who have the most challenges and the hardest lives are the ones who are the most refined as a soul. Those who have evolved the most want to take on more challenges, want to see what they are made of, want to go to the next level and use life circumstances to do that.

So when your life circumstances are not what you want them to be, and are even embarrassing to you, remember that they are the way they are so that you can be catapulted to the next level and so you can go beyond where you have been before. This is a very special lifetime because you are on a planet that is going to have extra-terrestrial contact that is open and available to everyone and you are ascending.

And because you are awake right now, you know that you are on the leading edge of all of this, and you know that you are meant to help others through their processes of ascension. You are quite possibly also there to help others with their e.t. contact experiences. Even if you haven’t figured out how, you are going to do that. So again, let yourselves off the hook, cut yourselves some slack and go easy on yourselves for not being perfect or living a perfect life.

You need those challenges and those obstacles so that you can relate to other people who have them, and so you can develop your own tools, your own strategies for approaching these challenges and obstacles. And then you have something to teach. It is much harder to teach others from your ivory tower where everything is perfect. So embrace your life the way that it is right now and know that it is serving a grander purpose than you can possibly imagine in this moment.

And of course, you can also rest assured that more help is coming. It always is, and it’s coming in unexpected ways. You have so many helpers out there because you were never meant to do this alone and because Earth is a very challenging place to be. So relax, take a deep breath, put your feet up for a while and go easy on yourselves, especially those of you who identify as perfectionists. You are never going to get it done, so you might as well relax into the current moment you find yourselves in.
