Embracing the Boundless Potential of Our Children
In our journey as mentors, parents, and guides, we often find ourselves grappling with the desire to protect those we love. Yet, there is a profound truth that challenges the conventional approach to upbringing: our children are born with an innate, cosmic mandate for freedom. Every particle of their being vibrates with the truth that they are sovereign individuals. When we understand that their very existence is tied to their Source, we begin to see that their potential is not just a hope—it is a fundamental reality.
The wisdom shared in the teachings of Abraham reminds us that every thought a child offers is met with an immediate response from the Universe. This is a powerful realization; it suggests that our children are constantly co-creating with the world around them. To attempt to confine or rigidly control this process is to work against the natural flow of life. Trying to restrict the growth of someone who is fundamentally designed to expand is an effort that ultimately defies the very laws of the Universe.
We must learn to trust in the process of allowing. By granting our children the space to be free, we align ourselves with the way the Universe is structured to accommodate them. When we let go of the need to contain them or define their paths through force, we create a harmonious environment where they can thrive naturally. True growth happens when we honor their autonomy and celebrate their ability to navigate the world according to their own internal guidance.
Ultimately, trying to restrain the uncontainable only leads to struggle and missed opportunities for connection. When we resist the inherent nature of our children, we often find ourselves dealing with unnecessary friction and regret. By choosing to release the desire for total control and instead offering support and love, we align our parenting with the expansion of the cosmos. Embracing their freedom is not just a gift to them; it is a way of living in equilibrium with the universal laws that govern us all.

The children desire freedom! And every particle of their being from their Source says, “You are free. You are so free, that every thought you offer, the entire Universe jumps to respond to it.” And so, to take that kind of knowledge and try to confine it in any way, defies the Laws of the Universe.
You must allow your children to be free, because the entire Universe is set up to accommodate that. And anything you do to the contrary will only bring you regret. You cannot contain those that cannot be contained. It defies Law.
