Choosing Your Frequency: The Power of Perspective in Creating Your Reality

In the journey of personal growth and spiritual awareness, one of the most empowering realizations we can have is that our inner state is not entirely dependent on our external circumstances. A recent message from the collective known as Thymus reminds us that we possess the inherent ability to choose our focus, and by extension, our vibrational state. This concept suggests that whether we are looking at a grand sunset or a simple flower, the quality of our experience is determined by the perspective we choose to hold.

While many people look toward higher guidance or spiritual mentors to find peace, these figures often emphasize that the same sense of harmony can be found in the world around us. Nature, animals, and even everyday objects can serve as anchors for a higher state of being. The key is not necessarily what we are looking at, but how we are looking at it. By consciously choosing to focus on beauty and kindness, we align ourselves with a more positive frequency, which naturally enhances our overall well-being.

This principle of focus is perhaps most transformative when applied to our relationships with others. It is easy to fixate on the moments when someone has let us down or acted unkindly, but doing so often keeps us stuck in a cycle of resentment. Instead, we have the option to look for the “higher-vibrational” aspects of that person—perhaps their love for animals or a past act of generosity. By shifting our focus toward these positive traits, we change the nature of the interaction and, according to the teachings of the Ascended Masters, we may even encounter a different, more harmonious version of that individual in our reality.

Furthermore, it is important to remember that people are constantly evolving. No one is the exact same person they were a year ago, or even a moment ago. When we pigeonhole others based on their past mistakes, we limit our own experience of them. By practicing the freedom of focus, we allow ourselves to move onto a timeline where harmony and friendship are possible. This isn’t about ignoring reality; it’s about choosing which reality we want to nurture and inhabit through our own mental and emotional discipline.

Ultimately, the power to live a fulfilling and joyful life lies within our own free will. We are the creators of our own personal “universes,” and every moment offers a new opportunity to decide what matters most. By prioritizing our internal vibration and choosing to see the good in our surroundings and our peers, we pave the way for a life lived in alignment with our highest goals. As we navigate our daily lives, let us remember that the tools for happiness are always available, waiting for us to simply change where we direct our gaze.

“We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

We are available to each and every one of you all the time, and we invite all of you to focus on any one of us individually or all of us collectively to help you be in the vibration you choose to be in. We know that we can have that effect upon you, and we also know that no one has to believe in the existence of any of us in order to achieve that same state of being. A person can focus on a flower, a sunset, a tree, the ocean, an animal, or a person, and be in the highest-vibrational state they can possibly achieve in that moment. It is always about your perspective on that being or that object that matters the most.

And you all have the ability to choose what you focus upon. You also have the ability to choose how you focus upon it or them. When you look at any person who is in your life, you can fixate on that one time that they said something mean or hurtful to you, or you can focus on who they really are, and you can focus on all the times they smiled at you, all the kindness that they have ever extended to you. The choice is yours. And it is also good for you all to remember that the person in question is always changing. They are never the same person from one moment to the next, and while the person who insulted you does still exist somewhere, some when, you don’t ever have to encounter that person again.

And so, how you focus on someone determines which version of them you get. You can be in a reality and on a timeline where that person becomes your best friend or your lover. It is entirely up to you. And if they agree to play that role for you, then they will be in that reality with you. And if not, then someone else will step in and play that role, and it won’t matter that you used someone else as your excuse to get into that vibrational state.

What matters most is how you vibrate, and you get to choose again what you focus upon. Now, of course, some objects, places, animals, and people are offering a higher vibration, and you know that, and you can feel it, and you can tune in to those who do offer those higher vibrations to bring yourself into the frequency that you want to be in. Or you can focus on somebody that you know is offering a lower vibration and judge that person, and point a finger at that person, and talk about all the terrible things that person is doing and saying. And, of course, you will get more versions of that person to reflect that to you, and that will be because you have chosen to put that person in that particular box.

You don’t have to do that. Again, you can look for something about that person to focus upon that you do like, that you do approve of, that you do see as a higher-vibrational aspect of that person, perhaps that person is really kind to animals, and you’ve seen that, and you can focus only on that aspect of that person because you like the way you feel when you do. This is where all of your power lies. You all have it within you, and again, you don’t have to focus on some higher-dimensional being or collective in order to put yourself in a higher-vibrational state because you have choices all around you all the time that will do just that.

And you can use your free will to make those choices and to live the life of your dreams, to live happily ever after, and to live harmoniously with all other beings in your universe. Yes, you do have your own universe, and you get to decide how to create it from moment to moment.
