Navigating the Challenges of Life: A Perspective on Growth and Support

Have you ever found yourself in the middle of a difficult season, looking up at the sky and asking, “Why is all of this happening to me?” It is a universal human experience to search for meaning behind our struggles. Whether we are facing personal setbacks or navigating a complex world, understanding the source of our circumstances can provide the clarity we need to move forward. Recently, a message from the collective consciousness known as Thymus offered a profound perspective on how we create our reality and how we can better navigate the “lemons” life throws our way.

One of the most persistent debates in spiritual circles is whether our lives are pre-destined by a “soul blueprint” or if we are the sole creators of our reality through our thoughts and vibrations. The message suggests a nuanced third option: while we may have agreements before we are born, we also possess the gift of free will. Often, we find ourselves repeating the patterns, beliefs, and behaviors of those who came before us simply because they are familiar. This doesn’t mean our path is “chiseled in stone.” Rather, it means we have the power to consciously choose a different thought or a different action at any moment, effectively reshaping our destiny in real-time.

However, the “why” or “how” of a situation is often less important than what we choose to do with it once it arrives. There is a powerful shift in perspective that happens when we stop viewing challenges as punishments and start viewing them as evidence of our own strength. If you find yourself facing what feel like insurmountable odds, it may be because your soul is “advanced” enough to handle them. Approaching life with the mindset that you are a powerful being capable of overcoming enormous hurdles can transform a moment of despair into a moment of empowerment.

Crucially, the journey toward growth is not one we have to take alone. The message reminds us that there is an entire “team” of helpers—both seen and unseen—available to support us. From the concept of Ascended Masters and Archangels to non-physical collectives working on behalf of humanity, the help we need is often just a request away. The universe does not withhold support; rather, it waits for us to be in a state where we can actually receive it.

The final key to navigating life’s challenges lies in the art of receptivity. In moments of stress, our natural instinct is often to “clench” or fight against our circumstances. However, to receive help and new opportunities, we must practice having an “unclenched fist” and an open heart. By putting ourselves in a relaxed state of receptivity, we allow the solutions we’ve been asking for to finally reach us. Ultimately, our challenges are not signs of failure, but opportunities to demonstrate just how powerful and resilient we truly are.

“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

We open doorways for you, and we allow energies to move through those doorways. You need to choose to receive what is being offered to you. Nothing is ever being withheld, and nothing can ever be forced upon you. Now, when it comes to your lives, you do often wonder whether something was a part of your blueprint, a part of your setup, and your agreements before you incarnated. And if you are spiritually awake, then you know the only other option is that you created it for yourself through the offering of your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and vibration.

If you find yourself questioning whether it is from column A or from column B, please consider the third option, which is that you thought it might be a very good possibility for you to have that experience, given your life circumstances and given the vibration you were born into. But you also always have free will, and so if you use your free will to continue to choose the same thoughts and beliefs and patterns of behavior as those who came before you, then something that you planned, in a sense, could come to fruition, even though it wasn’t chiseled in stone before you were born. There is always a third option, and oftentimes the third option is ‘both are true.’

And ultimately, it doesn’t matter why or how something came to fruition in your life experience; what matters is what you do with it. You have an expression on planet Earth, and that expression is that ‘When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.’ When you look at your current life conditions, you also have the option of making the most of those conditions. You have the option of saying to yourself, ‘Wow, I must be very advanced as a soul, or I would not have made it even possible for me to face such insurmountable odds as these. I must be a very powerful being.’

If you are facing enormous challenges in your life, then it certainly does behoove you to take that approach, and it also serves you to know that you have helpers all around you. You have helpers in the physical and in the non-physical. You have helpers on your team, and you have helpers on the collective team for humanity. We are on that collective team. We, who are ascended masters, are helpers for everyone, and so are the Archangels. There are entire groups of non-physical collectives that you’ve never heard of that are on Team Humanity, so know that you have the power to handle anything that comes your way, and your higher self is never giving you more than you can handle.

And also know that you have help, and when you need more help, you are summoning more help. And remember what we said: help is always being given and never withheld. Therefore, the more help you ask for, the more is being summoned through those doorways that we open for you. And sometimes you need to remember that in order to receive, you need an unclenched fist. You need an open palm in order to receive. Wide open arms also help. An open crown will also help. Put yourselves in relaxed positions of receptivity and open yourselves up to all that you are asking for, all that you have summoned, and all that is coming, and you will go beyond the current set of life circumstances and the current challenges that you face.

And you will demonstrate to yourselves how powerful you are through those challenging circumstances. That is how you do it. It is not through living a life where everything just goes your way all the time because you are so good at creating your reality, although you are also very good at creating your reality, and you can look around at your life for evidence of that.
