Bodily Changes

We are all changing at the core of our hearts, souls, and embodiment, as the old ego, the old personas, the old programming, belief systems, etc are now becoming not only redundant, but the old bodies cannot hold the frequency and vibration anymore as we are now fully stepping into 5th and some 7th dimension.
This all happening now and this where fatigue comes in, while those bodily parts will now show up, which need attention, and where old soul woundedness need to finally heal.
I suggest that if you do not have “YOu can heal your life” by Louise L. Hay yet, then go purchase it.
At the back there is a list of every single part of the physical body, and the underlying emotional causes causing the dis-ease. I find it very useful to reference this list to gain insight as to what I need to heal within myself and need to forgive, self and others, and most important old programming of low self-worth, woundedness, and so much more.
This applies to the collective as much as to the individual.
We are in accelerated shedding now, and this applies to all our existences on earth and beyond, inclusive of the Wars of Heavens.
Add to this, that simultaneous our cosmic soul and monad plus galaxy or star systems of origin and others have come fully online now. The soul remembrance, deeply buried truth. The more you resist the reconnecting, the more it will persist, until you finally and fully embrace ALL of who and what you in truth are: AN IMMORTAL Soul!
Simultaneously the cosmic energy blasts are lifting us further and further into total new existences, consciousness states we could not access before.
No wonder the central nervous systems are in overload. This demands stillness, rest, deep breathing, and being in nature, simply being.
The more you try to figure things out with your mind, the more stressed you will become.
The vast changes will not let up, but accelerate.
Indeed, we ARE now being reborn as the 7th Root Race of HU-SUN-MAN!
What a time to be alive and well and on planet earth!
What a blessing!
