Synchronicity and Being Mass: building Your Spiritual Muscles.

Have you ever experienced one of those moments when life seemed to answer your thoughts?

You start thinking about a person — and they suddenly call.

You have a question — and a book, video, or conversation unexpectedly gives you the answer.

You feel drawn toward a new direction — and opportunities, people, and information begin appearing exactly when you need them.

Many people call these events coincidences.

Others believe they are something more.

In spiritual and self-development circles, such meaningful coincidences are often called synchronicities.

At the same time, many traditions speak about another fascinating concept: being mass — the accumulated strength, depth, and presence of a person’s consciousness.

One concept explains how life seems to respond to us. The other explains why some people notice these responses more often than others.

What Is Synchronicity?

Synchronicity can be described as a meaningful coincidence that feels far too relevant to be random.

It is not necessarily magic, and it is not simply luck.

It is the experience of being in the right place at the right time, meeting the right people, receiving the right information, or finding unexpected opportunities precisely when they are needed.

Examples might include:

· repeatedly encountering the same message through different sources,
· unexpectedly meeting someone who helps solve a problem,
· finding the exact book you need,
· receiving an answer to a question you have been struggling with,
· noticing several unrelated events forming a clear pattern.

Whether viewed psychologically, spiritually, or philosophically, synchronicities often feel like signs that we are moving in harmony with something larger than ourselves.

How Does Synchronicity Develop?

Many people wait for signs first.

Interestingly, synchronicity usually begins long before the signs appear.

1. The Inner Question.

Everything starts with an inner desire, challenge, or calling.

Perhaps you want a new career, deeper relationships, spiritual growth, better health, or greater purpose.

Something inside begins asking for change.

The clearer the question, the easier it becomes to recognize the answers.

2. Forming a Clear Intention.

This is one of the most important stages.

Many people confuse desire with intention.

A desire might sound like:

“I want a better life.”
“I want to start a business.”
“I want to find my purpose.”

Yet years can pass without anything changing.

Why?

Because desire is often mixed with fear, doubt, hesitation, and contradiction.

Part of us wants change.

Another part wants safety.

A clear intention appears when desire becomes a decision.

It is the moment when we say:
“I choose this direction, even if I do not yet know all the steps.”

A clear intention is not demanding that life give us something. It is becoming genuinely willing to participate in creating it.

For example:

Desire:
“I want to start a business someday.”

Clear intention:
“I choose to move in this direction and will take my first step today.”

3. Taking the First Step.

Synchronicity rarely appears while we are waiting.

Movement creates momentum.

Sometimes the first step is very small: sending a message, signing up for a course, researching a topic, attending an event, making a decision.

Many people notice an interesting pattern: nothing seems to happen while they are endlessly thinking.

The moment they begin acting, opportunities start appearing.

4. Becoming Open to Possibilities.

Life often responds in unexpected ways.

The problem is that we usually expect help to arrive in a specific form.

For example, someone wants a new career and expects a job offer.

Instead, they meet a mentor. Or discover a new skill.

Or receive an invitation that eventually leads to the opportunity.

Synchronicity rarely follows our exact script.

It tends to reveal the path one step at a time.

5. The First Meaningful Coincidences.

Then the interesting things begin.

You notice recurring themes.

The same idea appears repeatedly.

Several people mention the same topic.

Answers seem to arrive from different directions.

A single coincidence may mean nothing.

A series of meaningful coincidences often feels different.

It begins to feel as though life is quietly guiding you.

6. Trusting the Process.

Over time, confidence grows.

You begin to notice that when you move, life responds.

You become less obsessed with controlling every detail.

You realize that you do not need to see the entire staircase.

Sometimes seeing the next step is enough.

7. Entering the Flow State.

Eventually synchronicity becomes less of an occasional surprise and more of a way of life.

You find yourself: meeting the right people, discovering useful information at the perfect time, noticing opportunities more easily,

making decisions with greater confidence.

Life still contains challenges.

But there is a growing sense of cooperation rather than struggle.

What Is Being Mass?

Another fascinating concept found in many spiritual traditions is what some call being mass.

Being mass is not physical weight.

It refers to the accumulated depth, stability, presence, awareness, and energetic “substance” of a person.

A simple metaphor is this: just as physical exercise builds muscles, certain experiences and practices build being mass.

You become stronger internally.

More grounded.

More resilient.

More capable of holding your direction even when life becomes difficult.

How Do We Build Being Mass?

Many people assume spiritual growth happens through collecting information.

In reality, being mass grows through experience.

Some examples include:

· self-reflection,
· journaling,
· meditation,
· conscious decision-making,
· learning from challenges,
· observing life deeply,
· developing self-awareness,
· keeping promises to yourself.

Every meaningful experience that is consciously integrated becomes part of your inner structure.

Nothing is wasted.

Why Journaling Is More Powerful Than It Seems?

Keeping a journal is often recommended for psychological reasons.

But from a spiritual perspective, it may serve another purpose.

Writing helps transform fleeting experiences into conscious knowledge.

Thoughts become clearer.

Patterns become visible.

Lessons become integrated.

Instead of life simply happening to you, life becomes part of your accumulated wisdom.

In this sense, journaling can be viewed as a way of increasing being mass — strengthening your inner foundation.

The Connection Between Synchronicity and Being Mass?

These two concepts are deeply connected.

The more being mass a person develops, the easier it becomes to:

· notice synchronicities,
· trust intuition,
· remain calm during uncertainty,
· recognize opportunities,
· distinguish meaningful guidance from random noise.

In a way, synchronicity is the language of the path.

Being mass is the ability to hear it clearly.

One helps you navigate.

The other helps you stay steady while navigating.

How to Build Being Mass.

Simply put, being mass grows when a person does not merely go through life’s experiences, but consciously reflects on them and integrates them into their inner growth.

Helpful practices:

· Keep a journal — write down your thoughts, insights, lessons, meaningful experiences, and synchronicities.
· Reflect on your day — ask yourself: “What did today teach me?”
· Practice presence — regularly bring your attention back to the present moment.
· Keep promises to yourself — this strengthens self-trust and your inner foundation.
· Consciously face challenges — every difficulty you overcome makes you stronger on the inside.
· Practice the observer mindset — learn to observe your emotions instead of becoming completely identified with them.
· Practice gratitude — focus on the abundance already present in your life rather than what seems to be missing.
· Spend time in silence — take breaks from phones, social media, news, and constant information.
· Reflect on life experiences — regularly ask yourself: “What did this situation teach me?”

Using a simple analogy, being mass is like spiritual muscle. It does not grow from the number of books you read, but from the amount of life you have consciously lived and integrated.

The greater your being mass, the more grounded, resilient, and centered you become. It becomes easier to trust your intuition, recognize synchronicities, and maintain inner balance even during challenging periods of life.

A Final Thought.

Many people spend their lives waiting for signs.

But signs are rarely the beginning.

The journey usually starts much earlier:

· with an honest question,
· a clear intention,
· and the courage to take the first step.

Perhaps synchronicity is not about life suddenly speaking to us.

Perhaps it is about finally becoming quiet enough, present enough, and strong enough to notice that it has been speaking all along.

P.S. Freedom begins the moment you stop searching outside for what already lives within.

Sincerely, Liberty
