In our daily lives, we often find ourselves c****t in a cycle of anticipation and anxiety. We wait for the “right time” to start a project, wait for circumstances to change, or wait for external validation. The Anatomy of Fear

It is a mental construct, a byproduct of the ego trying to create a sense of importance where none is needed. When we fear, we are often dreading a future that hasn’t happened or regretting a past that can no longer be changed. Because both the past and future are essentially illusions, the fear we anchor to them is equally hollow.

Many of us hold onto these fears as if they were safety nets, when in reality, they are barriers to our well-being. The key, according to the teachings, is not to fight fear—which only gives it more power—but to recognize it as a “figment” of our imagination. By identifying fear for what it truly is, we s***p it of its influence, allowing us to laugh at its absurdity and move forward with clarity.

Time and Space: The Great Distractions

Beyond fear, we are often held captive by our belief in the constraints of time and space. We treat time like a taskmaster, running endlessly to catch up to deadlines and milestones, only to find that time remains just out of reach. This belief in time is, at its core, another layer of fear. We fear running out of it, or we fear that we are behind, creating a constant state of urgency that keeps us from living in the present moment.

Space acts as an ally to time in this illusion, creating the false belief that we are separate from one another and from the source of our being. By believing in these limitations, we inadvertently buy into a “false compass” that directs us away from the Truth of our existence.

Returning to the Truth of Love

If fear, time, and space are illusions, what is the reality? The answer lies in love. Love is the state of well-being and the awareness of the Oneness of Truth. Unlike fear, which withers under scrutiny, love is faithful and enduring. It is the hero of our internal journey and the ultimate vanquisher of doubt.

Stepping out of the trap of time and space happens when we consciously choose to center ourselves in love. When we replace the “murmur of fear” with the power of love, we find ourselves no longer running a race against the clock, but living in a state of grace. By shifting our focus from the limitations of the physical world to the infinite nature of love, we begin to align ourselves with the Truth.

Today, consider this: you do not have to choose fear. You do not have to be a s***e to time. You can choose to tip your hat to the illusions that try to govern your day, pass them by, and anchor your heart in the one thing that is truly permanent. Remember love, and you will find that fear has no place left to dwell.

Waiting is putting yourself on hold. That is what waiting is. You do not wait for something. You wait for yourself to go ahead.

Waiting isn’t exactly procrastination. Waiting is fear. How strange a word is “fear”. It is a certain sound. It is a symbol of nothing, yet it strikes itself in your heart like a reverberating gong. The mere mention of it is an anathema. The mere mention of it makes it present.

Why on earth would this blessed heart I have made be so well acquainted with fear. This is a question I often ask Myself. What are My children so afraid of. They already fear the worst — that they have been banished and abandoned. From that myth, fear arises or it descends. In any case, it stirs itself up. It looms.

Fear loves itself. It loves to grow big. It is the tail of ego or perhaps the nose. It is the entourage of ego. It is the precursor. It is the cloak.

Ego, which is so small, has to make itself big in fear.

If S***n exists, his name is fear. Fear is the hiss of a snake. You only think you hear it. Fear is ruthless with you. It makes you tremble.

I cannot banish fear because there is nothing to banish. But I can restore you to yourself where fear does not exist.

What illness could possibly exist when fear does not?

Fear and regret are two sides of the same coin. Fear is dread of what might occur, and regret is dread of how you responded or did not respond to what did occur. And all the time, nothing has occurred.

Fear is an image of the future and the memory of the past, neither of which exist or are a basis for anything.

So you are phony in your fears. You hold them dear. You hold dear what you say you don’t want, and yet you nourish them at your breast.

Your heart was not meant to hold fear. That is not the purpose of the heart. The heart holds love, the least drop of which is stronger than the greatest of fears. Love lasts. There is no last drop to it.

Today let Us nourish the love in Our hearts. Let’s ease the fear out. Forget fear, and remember love. Remember My love.

You forget so many things, but not fear.

Fear is a wandering foot soldier. It is weary of itself.

You fear you do not exist, and so you make fear your existence. Fear from noon to night.

Fear glimpses itself, and it screams.

Now that we have identified this unidentifiable fear, you can be done with it. Laugh at it a little, and it will cower. It will blush in shame and run away.

When fear is gone, you are with Me. You are even with Me when fear slips in. But fear has no place with Me, and therefore not with you. But do not even be wary of fear, for it is only a creature of the night.

Love is a state of well-being. It is awareness of the Oneness of Truth. Fear withers in its presence. In awareness of Oneness, there is only love. Love swells. Love makes itself known, for it loves itself. It loves what it is. It loves knowing itself. Fear is an errant lover. Love is faithful.

Love is the hero of life. It is the vanquisher of fear. There is no place for the murmur of fear when love is sounded.

Whenever you feel the shreds of fear, exculpate them with the word “love”. Change your image of fear to the truth of love. Fear, go away. Love, stay. Truth lasts. Fear that has no real existence was a pretender anyway.

Do you make fear go away, or do you walk away from it? Tip your hat at fear. See it for the figment it is. Then pass it by. You do not have to choose it. Choose Me. Choose Me. I am your Mentor, not fear.

How much of your life is spent dealing with time? Time cracks its whip over you. Time is lavish with its whip, and you become a s***e to it. If time did not exist, if you did not give it homage, you would be a relaxed Human being. Your belief in time is another shade of fear. Certainly you fear time.

The illusion of illness, which is fear-based, exists only in the illusion of time.

You try to catch up to time. You run to catch up to it and never quite make it. Of course not. You cannot keep illusions. You can never quite reach them so, of course, you can’t hold on to them. Time is a sniper who dodges back and forth. He darts here and there.

Time is a narrow passage you think you run through.

Yes, time is a partner with fear. Space, which you think you occupy, slides in time. Or time rests its elbow on space. All time is a warp. It is warped. Space and time are also allies, and they like to rule you. There is so much belief in illusions. They want you to believe in them. You want to believe in them. You think they are your safety net.

What is your need for safety then but your semblance of fear?

So, how do you displace time and space and their incumbent fear?

The presence of love takes you out of time and space. You already know that.

What is another name for illusion? It is lie. What is not true is a lie. It is something made up for one occasion or another. It is an artifice.

The lie of time and space everyone has bought. You get your bearings with them, but they are a false compass.

You and I are not about time and space. They really have nothing to do with Us. We are infinite love. We are above and beyond everything you have ever imagined. And now you are coming to Truth. There is no parting.

You know that time and space are untrue, and that’s why you allow fear.
