To The Ascension LightWorker Collective: The Rising Frequency of Humanity: A Collective Ascension Into the New Earth: Intense solar flare activity is impacting planet Earth, causing increased sensitivity in many Ascending. These solar flares are rapidly raising frequencies on the planet and within the physical and emotional bodies. As a result, the physical may be undergoing major energetic upgrades and releasing a great deal of dense energy, which can sometimes feel uncomfortable.

The strong waves from the Great Central Sun are bringing highly charged particles that are transforming our electromagnetic bodies and harmonising the two hemispheres of the brain. This transformation signifies the resurrection of humanity and symbolises the activation of the Christ templates.

Those who have cleared their energetic fields sufficiently are acting as distributors of these transformative rays, creating a powerful ripple effect. To sustain the influence of these new vibrational frequencies, balance and harmony are essential. Through our bodies, we are anchoring higher consciousness into the grids that uphold this realm.

At some stage on the Ascension path, you will notice a complete recalibration of your body, mind and emotional response system. What once shocked you may eventually bring you greater understanding, and what previously triggered you will no longer have the same hold over you. Instead, you find yourself responding with greater peace and conscious awareness.

From a higher perspective, you begin to understand why every experience has led you precisely to where you are at this moment. Starseeds have undergone similar transformations on other ascending planets before.

To align with higher frequencies, we have to be willing to let go of outdated beliefs and internal patterns that hinder self’s growth. This is a planetary time of significant expansion and personal development, where the self can finally release past self baggage to embrace true self power.

It is now about staying connected to our inner guidance, listening closely to our intuition, the internal navigation system, and trusting in the transformational process. With the continuing intensification of solar activity, we can anticipate profound shifts within ourselves and in the world around us. This is a time of awakening and the emergence of a new consciousness on planet Earth.

We are doing the conscious inner work needed to ascend into the New Earth, moving away from any toxic based connection or relationship that has drained the self’s vital life-force energy. As ascension takes on a stronger hold , the self is increasingly seeking happiness, joy, safety and security within. Building and maintaining a solid foundation based in truth and higher self alignment.

Ascending souls are creating a brand-new cycle that has just begun. Now focusing on strengthening internally and relying on higher wisdom rather than being misled by fear-based past self emotions, continuing to break free from unhealthy dynamics, outer m**********n and the patterns of collective a***e that has existed on this planet for a very long time .

The emotional a***e experienced through many past-life expressions has, over time, undermined Self’s boundaries and contributed to feelings of inner powerlessness and violation. However, as the self contours to ascend, you begin to release and heal these wounds and experience a profound inner shift in the way you think, feel and exist.

The Physical Life Review: Healing, Clearing and Ascending Without Judgement. In the old energy, a life review was understood to occur after physical d***h, when the soul crossed to the other side and reflected upon the experiences of its lifetime. As we move into higher ascending frequencies, we are now experiencing aspects of this process while still in the physical body.

These life reviews can sometimes feel extremely confronting, bringing past experiences, memories and emotions to the surface and at times, creating difficult feelings about ourselves. Remember, this is not about judgement, you are not being judged on the other side, and you are not being judged here.

This process is about conscious awareness, healing and clearing, allowing you to see yourself and your experiences from a higher perspective for learning and understanding. It is important to be mindful of your self-talk and not to punish or criticise yourself when memories from the past unexpectedly arise.

These particular deeper reflections may last for days, sometimes weeks, as different layers come forward to be acknowledged and released. If at any stage it feels like too much, communicate with your Higher Self and your Ascension team, and ask for the process to be gently slowed down, eased and calmed. Remember to include them in your conscious journey, as supporting you through these transformational experiences is their primary purpose. You do not have to move through this alone.

Ascending souls are reclaiming their personal power and establishing much healthier boundaries. With newfound strength, they are learning to assert themselves gracefully and confidently. This journey of self-empowerment enables higher protection, emotional well-being and the regaining of true self expression .

This Ascension process is healing the heart so that it can embody and embrace love and unity within the 5D New Earth frequency field. The inner Feminine is gaining clarity, strength and stability, while the inner Masculine is learning to go within, regain self confidence and belief in unseen forces, establish healthier boundaries in support of this divine ascension.

Through soul recovery, ascending souls are now reclaiming their inner power in the present moment. This signifies a fresh start that you have been diligently working towards. The ascending self will keep moving forward, welcoming the valuable insights that lead towards our collective liberation.

As we build the New Earth in real time, we are reminded that we exist within a world-building matrix. This means that we are not only creating our own reality, but also contributing to the collective reality we experience together.
