We know that humans of Earth are going through a period of adjustment at this time. You are adjusting to higher-frequency energies that are available to you. And for many of you, the higher-frequency energies require a bit of acclimating to. You have to slow down and hydrate and rest, and you have to allow for that which is of a lower vibration to be purged out of you. Many people refer to that experience as ascension symptoms, and ascension symptoms are real, but they do not have to be as h*****n you as they often are for many of you.

If you take the time to slow down, to ground, to hydrate, to rest, to relax, and to meditate, you can keep up with the higher-frequency energies that are upon you now. And when you do keep up with those energies, you will feel very, very good. You will feel as though you have become your higher self. You will feel smarter, more capable in many areas of your life, and you will relax into the knowing that all is well with humankind there on Earth.

When you do not keep up with these energies, you can feel like all hell is breaking loose. You can feel as though you and the rest of humankind are headed down a very dark path with lots of chaos, confusion, and natural disasters ahead.
