Discovering the Truth of You: A Journey Inward Toward Peace and Purpose

Often, we spend a tremendous amount of energy worrying about the perceived judgments of others, as if external eyes are constantly evaluating our worth. In reality, the most significant observer in your life is you. You act as the primary estimator of your own value, frequently searching for validation or criticism in the reactions of those around you. When you shift this perspective and begin to think kindly and respectfully of yourself, you align with a deeper reality. Choosing to think well of yourself is not an act of ego; it is an act of stepping into the absolute truth of your inherent worth.

Human existence can sometimes feel like an ongoing trial where we constantly seek to prove either our guilt or our innocence. We internalize mistakes and let them dictate our self-image, forgetting that our true identity transcends any temporary misstep. Admitting your inherent goodness and beauty to yourself is the first step toward radiating that positivity outward into the world. When you open your heart to self-acceptance, you allow a higher quality of peace to enter your life, lifting you far above the minor frustrations and worries that often cloud your daily perspective.

What we truly believe about ourselves tends to manifest in our everyday experiences, shaping our reality from the inside out. Sometimes you feel you are in the thick and thin. There is neither. The fray is neither thick nor thin. It is the fray, and it is extraneous to the truth of you. The truth of you is solvent and constant. It cannot be stretched thinner than it is nor squeezed bigger. The truth stands on its own. The truth stands alone.

Sometimes you think other eyes are upon you, but there are only yours. You are the watcher. You are the estimator of you, and you watch for signs of what you think from others around you and seemingly outside you. Think well of yourself, for then you will be thinking truth.

Your life is a search to prove your guilt or to prove your innocence. Which do you think is the truth of you? Just between Us, what do you think is the truth of you? Admit it to Me, and then perhaps you can admit your beauty and innocence to the world.

To admit something is to let it in. Admit to yourself then the quality of you that soars beyond the dribbles which you think are the makings of you. The truth of you may have little to do with the manifestation of you, because you manifest as you believe, and it is often the case that you believe awry.

What you believe, your life will prove. Catch your life up to the belief I have in you.

Your life is beginning in this moment, so in this moment, you can begin to live your truth which is the same as Mine. Be true to the truth.

You are My heart wandering on earth, and Our hearts hunt for its origin. You are the rightful owner of My heart, and so you seek for Me. All that you seek is but another name for Me. Sometimes you are misguided as to where your happiness lies. You have believed in the guise of happiness as well as the guise of unhappiness.

Happiness is not to be searched for. It becomes lost in the illusion of its search. Happiness is a bountiful thing that comes unbidden. It is not the hunted. It is truly the hunter.

You are My happiness. So, then, be your own. Be still a moment and feel the happiness that is the truth of you.

There is nothing to prove. There is nothing to seek, for all is contained within you. All that you seek is already yours. What you have to find is that recognition.

Yes, you have to recognize yourself.

You have been looking for recognition in the wrong places. You have been looking for it from somewhere else or someone else. But it is your eyes that you look into. Look through Mine, and you will see the majesty of what I have wrought.

You have half-looked and half-seen.

Now see wholeness. I planted holiness in you. What I plant shall grow because I have deemed it so. So now grow in awareness of the truth of you and let go of all the illusion that you have pandered to. You have pandered to a false face in the mirror.

Look deeper and look beyond. Truth is calling you to itself. It longs for your recognition. You have seen with eyes that do not see, but now that is the past, and now you will see anew, and you will see yourself anew, not as you have thought you were, but as I know you are. I, Who made you, know what I made. You, who were made, have not seen yourself as the bounty you are. You have seen yourself secondhand, and now I ask you to see yourself firsthand as I created you. Lift up your head and open your eyes and begin to see.
