COLLECTIVE ENERGY UPDATE — SOMETHING FEELS DIFFERENT

I don’t know about you, but the energy lately has felt almost chaotic.
Not necessarily in a bad way. Just uncomfortable. Restless. Like there’s a lot moving around at once and it’s hard to get completely settled.

I’ve noticed it can change pretty quickly too. You can feel good and completely grounded for a while, and then suddenly feel tired, irritated, emotional, or just… off. You might have trouble focusing. You might want to be around people and then five minutes later want everyone to leave you alone.

There’s also this strange feeling that something is changing, even though it’s difficult to explain exactly what that something is.

Things you used to tolerate might suddenly get under your skin. Conversations that once felt normal can feel exhausting. Certain people or situations may just hit differently now. And you might find yourself wanting more quiet, more time outside, more meaningful conversations, and a whole lot less noise.

I think some of us are simply uncomfortable because we’re changing.

And change isn’t always this beautiful, peaceful experience we like to imagine it is. Sometimes it’s messy. Sometimes you question yourself. Sometimes you have no idea what you’re doing. Sometimes you know something is finished long before you know what comes next.

That space in between can feel incredibly strange.

There has also been some elevated solar activity happening around us, which makes the timing interesting.

I’m not going to tell you every strange emotion or sleepless night is coming from the Sun because nobody can honestly know that. But I do find it fascinating when what is happening above us seems to mirror what so many people are describing internally.

Either way, I wouldn’t fight this energy.

Slow down when you need to. Get outside. Get your feet on the ground. Drink some water. Turn your phone off for a while. Laugh. Rest. Spend time with people who feel like home.

And maybe don’t try to figure everything out right now.

Sometimes we put so much pressure on ourselves to understand what’s happening that we forget we’re allowed to simply experience it.

Something does feel different right now.

I can’t tell you exactly where all of this is leading, and I don’t think anyone truly can.

But I can feel that something is shifting.

And judging by the conversations I’ve been having lately… I know I’m not the only one.
