Understanding the Path of Ascension: Moving Beyond External Events to Internal Growth

The concept of spiritual ascension has long been a topic of fascination, often accompanied by predictions of monumental cosmic events. Many people look toward the horizon for a singular phenomenon—such as a solar flash, the discussed three days of darkness, or the emergence of the 3i Atlas—as the catalyst for a global shift in consciousness. However, recent spiritual insights, particularly those channeled through voices like Saint Germain, suggest a different perspective. These teachings emphasize that while external events may capture the imagination, the true process of ascension is an ongoing, internal journey that unfolds through personal choice and consistent dedication to a higher frequency of being.

Ascension is not a destination reached via a cosmic shortcut or a sudden “solar sneeze.” Instead, it is described as a deliberate process of awakening. For those who have chosen to awaken during this significant period in human history, the goal is often to experience the transition in a conscious and grounded way. This means taking intentional steps in daily life to align with higher vibrations. Rather than waiting for a single moment to change everything, individuals are encouraged to find joy in the gradual evolution of their own spirit, recognizing that the “ride” itself is part of the purpose.

Many people currently find themselves in a state of resistance, clinging to outdated beliefs, ancestral traditions, and old ways of thinking that no longer serve their highest good. This resistance often stems from a fear of the unknown. Ascension requires a willingness to step away from the familiar and embrace a new way of existing. Those who lead the way—often referred to as wayshowers—serve as living examples for others. By moving beyond the customs of the past and listening to their own internal guidance, these individuals demonstrate that it is possible to navigate modern life with peace and clarity, regardless of external circumstances.

A common question among those on a spiritual path involves when the rest of the world will “catch up” to their level of awareness. The wisdom shared by Saint Germain suggests that the timing of the collective shift is less important than the immediate changes an individual feels within themselves. When you commit to internal growth and raise your personal vibration, the rewards are often instantaneous. You experience a sense of well-being and a shift in perspective that allows you to see the world differently. This internal transformation eventually ripples outward, serving humanity by showing others that a different, more harmonious path is available to them.

As individuals raise their vibration, they often feel a natural inclination toward service. This is not out of a sense of obligation, but rather from a profound realization of interconnectedness. When you recognize that all beings are part of a singular whole—a consciousness many call the divine—helping others becomes an act of helping yourself. This path involves constant self-investigation, the processing of deep emotions, and a persistent curiosity about the nature of reality. By continuing to expand beyond the limitations of the collective ego, individuals invite others to explore the less-traveled road of spiritual evolution.

One of the most compassionate aspects of this journey is the understanding that no soul is ever truly left behind. Every person is on their own unique timeline and personal journey, and every soul will eventually benefit from their experiences. There is no need for worry regarding the progress of others; instead, the focus remains on being a beacon of happiness and stability. When others witness your growth and ask what fuels your joy, you provide them with the opportunity to join in that higher frequency. Whether they choose to do so immediately or later, the journey of ascension remains a series of wonderful steps and occasional leaps forward, perfectly designed by the soul for its own expansion.

The Solar Flash, 3 Days of Darkness & 3i Atlas ∞ St. Germain

Nov 3 2026

“I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame.

You all are continuing to travel down a path of ascension there on Earth. Your ascension is ongoing. It is a process. It is not something that will happen overnight or because of one singular event. You are not going to ascend because of a solar sneeze, or a solar flash, and you are not going to ascend because of three days of darkness, or 3i Atlas, or any other phenomenon. You are ascending because of you. You are ascending because you are choosing to ascend, and those of you who chose to awaken in this lifetime did so because you wanted to ascend in a very conscious way.

You wanted to deliberately take steps in your lives that would bring you into higher and higher frequencies. You wanted to enjoy the ride. People who are not enjoying the ride right now are clinging to the old ways. They are clinging to the beliefs of their parents and grandparents. They are clinging to very old ideas, and even customs and traditions that do not serve them any longer.

You are there to offer that which is new. You are there to show people that there is another way. You are there to be wayshowers and wonderful beings who lead by example. You do not need to be told what to do. You can be guided from within, and you are walking into the unknown with a knowing that you are safe and that you are creating whatever is in the unknown from moment to moment. You are growing exponentially as a result, and you are feeling the effects of those changes that you have made within yourselves.

Now, many of you are looking around outside of yourselves and wondering when the world is going to catch up. Do not worry. It will, and it will when the timing is right. But when you change yourself, you feel the effects of those changes immediately. You get an immediate reward for doing what serves you the most, and what serves you can and will also serve humanity. Again, by showing others there is another way, you are helping.

And of course, when you raise your vibration, you naturally want to be of service to others because you recognize that we are all one. We are all part of the same whole, the same one being, which is called God by many individuals there on Earth. Keep investigating your thoughts and beliefs. Keep feeling and processing your feelings. Keep wondering what else is out there. Keep growing, evolving and expanding beyond where you see others going, and know that you are inviting others to join you on the not so familiar path of ascension.

And when people wonder what makes you tick and why you are so happy, you can tell them, and they can choose to join you or not, and they will be fine even if they do not. Do not worry about leaving anyone behind. Every soul has their own personal journey, and they will take it and they will benefit from it. You are benefiting yourselves and anyone who is taking notice of you, and you will continue to do so, and you will make the journey of ascension one that is filled with many wonderful good-feeling steps and some gigantic leaps forward, and that is how you all designed it to be.

I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame.”
