Masks that fear wears. Rip them off!
Every time you experience some kind of dissonant emotion – anxiety, worry, resentment, irritation, rage, anger, or when you are simply upset about something, ask yourself: “What am I really afraid of?”
And admit to yourself honestly that you are afraid. It was fear that brought to life a dissonant emotion. Fear covered itself with it so that you could not expose it.
But now you are strong enough, and also have the necessary knowledge, to do this. Here’s a hint for you.
If you feel offended , then you are afraid that other people will reject you, leave you alone, recognize you as a stranger, expel you from their society, you are also afraid of being worthless, insolvent, unnecessary to society, and losing your sense of self-worth and self-worth.
If you feel irritated , you are afraid that someone will subjugate you, invade your territory, conquer you, take away your power, deprive you of the right to your own life.
If you feel anger , rage , you are afraid that someone will deprive you of everything that is important to you, and maybe even destroy you, if you do not immediately resort to attack in self-defense.
If you feel despondent and depressed , then you are afraid that you will be punished or ridiculed for mistakes and failures.
If you feel anxious , restless , then you are afraid that you will not be able to cope with something important or that you will give in to circumstances that challenge you.
Dear ones, all these emotions and energies are the legacy of your past, they were inherited from you both genetically, from your biological ancestors, and from your past incarnations, when you were not yet strong enough and close to God to fearlessly cope with the challenges of life.
But now you are strong enough! Now you are close enough to God that He will come to your aid at your first call! The strength and power of Divine energy is at your disposal! Therefore, you can expose your fears at any time and get rid of them. Moreover, in new energies this will happen very quickly. All that is required of you is a commitment to the truth about yourself and a firm determination to conquer fear with the power of love.
Look at your fear through God’s eyes! Your Divine Spirit is not afraid of anything. This means that you are not afraid of anything either.
It’s not you who is afraid – it’s your ego, this false “I”, that is afraid. The ego is afraid that it will be harmed. Whereas it is impossible to harm the Spirit.
And if you identify with the Spirit, then the ego retreats, melts and dissolves. Identify with Spirit and look at fear through the eyes of God. You can even talk to the fear by imagining God speaking to it.
God is actually speaking to him through you! Ask fear what it means, what it wants from you, why it came. Don’t drive him away. Just ask him to step into love with you. This way you will accept fear and assimilate it, transforming its energies into the love and light of God. You know that there is no darkness that cannot be transformed into the love and light of God.
Fear is darkness, which can also be transformed. You can explain to fear that in love it will find the peace it lacks. That love is good for everyone, even for fear.
If fear does not want to transform, it will simply leave, afraid of love. Yes, love is light, and fear is darkness, so he can get scared! If it transforms, it will make you stronger. But in both cases, fear will disappear from your life.
Dear ones, the angels always tell you: “Do not be afraid!” You are Divine, which means you are protected by the Spirit. Spirit always offers you only the best.
Believe in yourself and listen to your true Self – your Divine Spirit. And your life will be a wonderful adventure that does not threaten you, but is ready to teach you the lessons you need, as well as bring a lot of joy and pleasure.
