Age crisis: the end of life or a new starting point?

Today I want to remind you again: God really wants you to live long. You have so much to do on planet Earth, and you can get a lot done if you live long. Moreover, you can get a lot of joy from your incarnation, and there is no reason for you to shorten your life span.

You can live a long time!

There is no predetermination regarding the date of d***h. Everything depends on you. You can cancel even those plans that you yourself made before implementation. Even if you planned to die early, now you can change those plans! There’s no reason to leave if you don’t want to.

Know: for the Spirit there are no such concepts as age and life expectancy. These are purely human concepts. For the Spirit, the value of life is not determined by its duration. Please believe: every life is valuable! No matter what.

There is no such thing as “life has failed” for the Spirit either. The idea that life might somehow fail was also invented by you, people, because because of the veil separating you from God, you forgot that the fact of your journey to Earth is in itself an immensely valuable experience for the Spirit. No matter how your earthly life turns out, it has meaning, value and significance that cannot be assessed from the point of view of human experience, they are so great.

Since age and life expectancy do not matter to the Spirit, the Spirit can decide to take a person away from earthly reality, regardless of how long he has lived by earthly standards. This can happen if the Spirit sees that in the further earthly existence of this person there is no longer a prospect of fulfilling tasks important to the Spirit. Perhaps the person has already completed certain tasks of the Spirit and feels tired. Maybe a person has chosen other priorities in life – material, interests of the ego, and not the Spirit. Perhaps a person has deviated very greatly from the path destined by the Spirit, and under no circumstances wants to fulfill the tasks of the Spirit.

Both, and the other, and the third are a person’s choice, to which he has the right. Any choice is respected and honored by the Spirit. But if a person chooses to deviate from the tasks of the Spirit, then he actually chooses to leave earthly life.

You make this choice yourself – yourself together with the Spirit, with your Divine Self. But you can make a different choice. You can return to the path of the Spirit if you have strayed from it. You can restore your strength without going through d***h, and choose new tasks of the Spirit if your previous potential seems exhausted. You can reconsider your life priorities in favor of the interests, values and aspirations of the Spirit. All this will essentially mean a new birth. All this will mean the continuation of earthly life instead of a premature departure from it.

I know that you are asking the question: “But,how can this be – there are people literally mired in evil and destruction, there are people who have completely forgotten about spiritual priorities, there are people leading far from creative lives – and yet many of them they live a long time, sometimes a very long time… How can we explain such injustice?”

Dear ones, I will answer you this way: what seems unfair from a human point of view is very often a manifestation of the highest Divine beauty and justice. You see, in your world there is a complex system of cause-and-effect relationships. And if a person, from your point of view, lives unspiritual and uncreatively, nevertheless lives a long life, this does not mean at all that he does not fulfill the tasks of the Spirit. His task might be, for example, to create lessons for someone else. You and the Spirit decided before incarnation what lessons you need to learn. But to do this, there must be someone who will take on the role of a teacher, and maybe even a negative catalyst, in order for you to go through the experience you need in the best possible way. And the person who behaves negatively towards you actually voluntarily took on this negative role – and he did it out of love, to help you learn the necessary lessons.

Do you see how much beauty and justice there really is in this? The one who t******s you may not remember that he is doing it out of love, out of a desire to give you the necessary lesson, by your mutual consent. He may seem very cruel and unfair to you. But if you remember that in this way he is teaching you the lesson you need, then everything will fall into place. You may even be filled with gratitude towards this person for playing his negative role for you. You will be able to understand that he really lives in the world only for your sake and for the sake of you taking lessons.

Of course, the Spirit would like this person to also transform in the light, moving away from negative roles and coming to creative ones. Then his life can last even after you no longer need him as a teacher. Then, instead of playing the role of a negative catalyst, he could have other, creative and more pleasant roles for himself. But this is again a matter of his own personal choice. You can influence this choice only indirectly – by your own example. But if he does not follow your example, do not impose your truths. Just be grateful that this person lives by pushing you to take the lessons you need, even if they do it in a negative way for you.

So, we have given you a brief overview of the reasons why the incarnation may be interrupted earlier than it otherwise would have been. Believe me, not a single incarnation is interrupted without compelling reasons. Not a single incarnation is interrupted without the decision of your Spirit, your Divine Self. Essentially, you yourself agree to when and how to die. There is no senseless care, no accidental care, no unplanned care. In every care there is a higher meaning, a higher justice, a higher beauty.

Leaving earthly life is always the best choice, from the point of view of the Spirit,that is possible for a given person at a given moment and in a given situation.

And yet we say: you can change everything, and it’s up to you. You may find other options for continuing your life that will be a better choice than quitting. Spirit always leaves you the chance of this other choice until the last moment. The Spirit always tells you until the last moment the ways to come to this other choice.

The Spirit has a developed system of alerts and warnings for this. First there are light signals, nudges, hints. At this stage, minor troubles, minor injuries, and streaks of minor failures may occur. If you do not heed these signals, Spirit will manifest itself more clearly, giving you indications that you are moving in the direction of d***h. Serious accidents and major troubles can occur at this stage. If you don’t listen now, the Spirit starts screaming right in your ear: “Stop, you’re running straight through a red light!” In this case, what you call a crisis occurs.

It is not proper for the Spirit to talk about age, because age is a purely human concept, unfamiliar to the Spirit. But for your convenience, it turns out that crises that warn of the danger of premature d***h correspond to certain age marks in a person’s life path.

On the eve of incarnation, remembering the time limitations of human life, you plan to complete as many tasks of the Spirit as possible, timing their implementation to certain dates or ages. The Spirit always leaves you chances until the last moment. It is never too late to begin fulfilling the tasks of the Spirit. But still, if the intended tasks are not completed by the onset of a particular age, the Spirit signals this in all ways available to it. Therefore, at certain age levels you may experience crises called age-related ones.

Age up to 37 years: experiment time.

We will consider the most common age-related crises, although in each individual case the potential moment of their onset may deviate by several years in one direction or another from the conditional (average) date.

People most often encounter the first age crisis at a point corresponding to 37 years of earthly time (plus two to three minutes).

You know that departures from earthly life happen even before the age of 37, but still this does not happen so often. There are also reasons for leaving before the age of 37. These departures are also planned by the Spirit, but since at such an early age most people do not have a conscious connection with the Spirit, it is much more difficult for a person to cancel these plans on a conscious level than plans to leave at a later (and more spiritually mature) age. In this regard, we can say that d****s before 37 years of age are more predetermined than after this age.

Here are some reasons why a person may die at such an early age, before 37 years of age:

1.    If passing away can serve as a great positive lesson for those left behind.

Some souls come to Earth knowing in advance that by their departure they are able to bring more light into the world than by their life. Perhaps the potential of past lives does not allow a person to fulfill the tasks of the Spirit and bring light as he would like. But by the very fact of his passing away, he can contribute much more to the spread of the light and love of God.

This almost always happens when small children pass away. Their departure is a call to the remaining adults to unite in love for each other.

In the event of mass d****s of people under 37 years of age (for example, in war or large-scale disasters), a wave of sympathy and compassion literally sweeps across the Earth. This was precisely the purpose of their departure! Honor these people – they left so that you could become more human – and more Divine. Their departure is a powerful catalyst for the awakening of huge numbers of people to the love and light of God.

2.    If there is not the slightest prospect that this person will take the path of fulfilling the tasks of the Spirit in the future.

The spirit sees prospects better than man. The spirit leaves until the last moment a chance to return to the love and light of God even to that person who has gone very far in the opposite direction. But if the Spirit sees that neither in the near nor in the long term a person will be able to use such a chance, the Spirit has no choice but to take the person away from life. This is rare, but happens before age 37. Departing from life in this case is salvation, since otherwise a person risks accruing very heavy karma, which he simply may not have enough resources to work off.

3.    If a person has abandoned the path of light, deviated from God, and also has a great influence on other people, contributing to the deviation of many, many of his followers from God.

Poets, writers, artists, musicians, politicians and other people who have influence over large masses may die prematurely if their creativity and activities are destructive, destructive, and contribute to the aversion of many people from the love and light of God.

Figuratively speaking, in each specific case, the Spirit weighs on its scales: what will outweigh the chance that in the future this person will change, transform in the light, or the devastating mark that he leaves with his creativity right now. If the crushing impact at the moment is many times greater than the creative potential that may manifest in this person in the future, the best choice of the Spirit will be to take him away from life.

It never happens that a person does not fulfill the tasks of the Spirit at all. The experience of earthly incarnation is already the most important task of the Spirit, and it can be accomplished in any case. No matter how early a person passed away, he completed his tasks, he did everything he could. And he will have a chance to correct mistakes and do what has not been done in future incarnations.

With the exception of the listed rare cases, the Spirit until the age of 37 does not confront a person with such a serious choice, on which life and d***h literally depend. For most people, the period from birth to 35–37 years is a time of experimentation, a time when you can make mistakes, test yourself, experience the surrounding energies in any way, when it is permissible to deviate from the tasks of the Spirit, sometimes quite far.

This time is given so that you learn to live on Earth not as a Spirit, but as a person. This is the time for you to get comfortable, learn to play social roles, and get firmly on your feet. Without this, you simply will not be able to fulfill the tasks of the Spirit on Earth. For this, it is not enough to be a Spirit – you must be an earthly person. The first part of life is given specifically for “grounding”. To do this, it is allowed (to certain limits) to forget about one’s spiritual nature.

However, during this period of life, many people intuitively, unconsciously follow the tasks of the Spirit – they realize their abilities, choose a profession in accordance with them, interact with other people according to the laws of the Spirit, etc. Such people usually calmly, without much shock, approach by the age of 35 years.

Ages 35–37: The Spirit begins to persistently knock on your doors.

At the age of 35, you approach a turning point when, relatively speaking, the Spirit begins to persistently knock on your doors. If you have strayed far from the path of the Spirit, then you may approach this age in a state of confusion, not understanding what is happening, and not knowing how to live further. But you usually have two more years before the 37 year crisis and you can turn things around.

At 35 years old, your main life task is to take the path of the Spirit. At 37 years old, you will have your first test of how well you have coped with this task.

By this age, you are not required to achieve any grandiose goals of the Spirit, perform high and complex tasks. All you need is to realize your spiritual nature, along with your material one, and gradually make spiritual goals and values a priority.

If a person persists and continues to prefer material values to spiritual ones, he enters a period of age crisis of 37 years. This crisis is pushing us to reassess values and choose a path.

If the path is still not chosen, this is not always fatal. The Spirit evaluates whether this person has a chance to choose the path of the Spirit in the future. And only if there is no such chance either in the near or distant future, the Spirit decides to take the person away from life. For various individual reasons, such a decision can be delayed for any number of years until the next age crisis, which occurs on average at the age of 49 years.

Age 49: a serious test of compliance with the tasks of the Spirit.

At this age, more serious tasks are set. According to the original plan, it was assumed that by this age a person should reveal his spiritual potential and successfully carry out the tasks of the Spirit. If this is so, the person is happy, satisfied with life, and financially prosperous. If not, he is given a chance to reconsider his life, his goals, values, intentions and aspirations.

And again – if a person, even to the slightest extent, even unconsciously, fulfills the tasks of the Spirit (or if he has at least the slightest chance of starting to do this in the future), earthly incarnation continues. And only if a person does not have the slightest desire to turn his face to the Spirit (and not the slightest chance that he will do this in the future) is a decision made to take him away from life.

If there is even the slightest chance that in the future a person will turn to the Spirit, he is given a reprieve, but not for long, and on average until the age of 55–60 years.

Age after 55 years: the values of the Spirit must become a priority.

By this age (according to the plan drawn up even before the incarnation), the values of the Spirit should become the final and irrevocable priority. 

If a person has set primarily material goals in his life (to create a family, raise children, make a career), then by this age they have usually already been achieved (and if not achieved, they lose their relevance). A person may find himself at a d**d end, with a feeling of the meaninglessness of further existence. Only the revelation of one’s capabilities as a Spirit and the transition to the path of fulfilling spiritual tasks provides the opportunity for a full, happy and healthy life in the future.

If a person has not chosen the tasks of the Spirit as a priority at this age, then he has the opportunity to continue incarnation in two cases: if he has at least the slightest chance of switching to the path of the Spirit in the future, or if he is needed by others as a negative catalyst for their growth and development. A person can become a positive catalyst only if he follows the path of the Spirit. If a person does not follow the path of the Spirit, he can only become a negative catalyst.

Spirit respects and honors any choice!

But the role of a negative catalyst, firstly, does not give a person hope for happiness, since a negative catalyst destroys itself, and secondly, his lifespan is limited by the growth rate of those around him: if they no longer need a negative catalyst, he has no other prospects other than to die.

Dear ones, make a choice! The spirit doesn’t scare you. Spirit simply tells you how things are. If, after 55 years, the priorities of the Spirit come to the fore for you, and material goals and values recede into the background, you can fully realize your spiritual potential, fully realize the tasks of the Spirit and live an unusually long, happy life, while maintaining vigor, strength, good health.

Here is the time to remember that the Spirit has no age. After 55 years, you yourself choose: either to leave this life, or to continue a joyless existence in the role of a negative catalyst, which essentially means a slow painful decline, or to lead a full, happy life beyond age, essentially passing into the status of eternal youth, life outside of time, in the beautiful eternal Now, in the Divine house, while remaining in the human body.

You people often set limits for yourself, dividing your ages into youth, maturity and old age. With the advent of what you call old age, you believe that a full life has ended, and then there is only fading. This is not so, dear ones. If you want, you can change this. The age that you consider old is the blossoming of the Spirit. This is the age when you can free yourself from the shackles of materiality and fully realize your spiritual goals. This is the age when your life can find its true meaning like never before.

Everything depends on you. Growth and development are associated with crises, and this is natural. It is within your power to get through these crises in such a way as to live as long as possible. There is nothing wrong or condemned in choosing to die. (Naturally, Kryon here is not talking about voluntary departure from life, not about s*****e – he means the choice of the Spirit: to take a person away from life if he has no prospect of returning to the path of fulfilling the tasks of the Spirit.

The cause of d***h in this case can be anything : illness, accident, catastrophe, t*******t attack, etc. – Author’s note) Sometimes d***h is the best of all possible options – if the Spirit sees that continued incarnation does not promise improvement, but only a worsening of the situation and the accumulation of negative consequences for the person himself. But still I repeat again and again: God wants you to live long! Believe me, living happily ever after is in your interests too!

Let a smile touch your soul, and with it, let the faith awaken in your heart that you can overcome all crises with honor, solve all the tasks, no matter how difficult they may seem. With God, with the Spirit, everything is possible, dear ones! You just need to want it, express your intention, and help will not be long in coming.

Way out of the crisis. Choose life!.

No matter what age a crisis finds you, you will not have to doubt what is happening to you: a crisis always reveals itself very clearly and unambiguously. Here are the signs of an age crisis:

– the end of past relationships, careers, closed opportunities that until recently were fundamental for you;
– a feeling that life has come to an end (which may even be accompanied by a reluctance to live – if only you knew, dear ones, how upsetting this is for your Divine family!);
– a series of troubles, misfortunes of varying scales, accidents – as a warning about the need to “move to other tracks”;
– a feeling that life is out of control, that there is chaos around which you are helpless;
– a feeling of meaninglessness and uselessness of everything that in the past seemed important and necessary;
– the feeling that there is no point in continuing life;
– a feeling that you are exhausted and are no longer capable of any actions and decisions necessary to continue life;
– critical health condition.

If you are in crisis, you may experience one, more, or all of the following symptoms. Now you know what this means. Now you know that this is not the end, although it may seem so.

This is a step that you can overcome.

How to do it? I am glad, dear ones, that you are asking this question. If you ask how you can get out of the crisis, you have already begun your path to getting out of it.

You need to turn to Spirit, to your Divine Self. Find privacy for this. Stay in a calm environment. Ask your angelic helpers and the Divine family to help you create a safe and comfortable environment for communication with Spirit.

“Dear Spirit, dear God, my dear Divine Self, I see that the old life has come to an end. I want a happy continuation of my earthly incarnation!

Dear Spirit, I am ready to continue the journey in cooperation with you. I am ready to take on new tasks, the solution of which is necessary for the Spirit. I ask you to set these tasks before me and open up ways for me to recognize and solve them.

Dear Spirit, explain to me in a language I can understand what my main task for the near future is. Send synchronicity into my life so that I can go to the right door and open it. Dear Spirit, let this door be the end of my current crisis state and mark my transition to a new stage – the stage of the Spirit in my life. Let it be so”.

Dear ones, answers will come to you, they will come in a language you understand, just be patient and attentive while waiting for these answers. 

Synchronicity will come to you  - exactly those events, happy “accidents” and coincidences that will tell you the right path. Don’t expect the crisis to end overnight, but gradually the road to light will open before you.

Special advice for those who feel exhausted and whose health is in critical condition. Remember that with the Spirit nothing is impossible. You can restore health and strength, you can restore your body, no matter what condition it is in.

If you set new spiritual goals for yourself, you will have a meaning and purpose for your further existence. Then your body will receive an incentive to recover. It may seem to you that life has come to an end precisely because your biological shell is worn out. In fact, the biological shell has worn out precisely because you performed tasks that do not correspond to the Spirit. 

Once you change your tasks and priorities, the worn-out biological shell will be restored.

And remember: the sooner you begin to follow the path of the Spirit, the easier it is to pass through crisis marks. You can even do without age-related crises altogether! But if they do come, take them as a challenge, and also as a chance to start a new stage in your life.

Climb up the steps, dear ones, to the love and light of God. The one who goes to the love and light of God, the one who strives to embody the fullness of Divinity in his earthly body, will overcome any steps of any height.

Practice.

Exercise 1. Life Extension Affirmations.

No matter what age the crisis finds you, let it become a signal for you to make changes in your life, and most importantly, in your inner state. The mistake is made by people who try to distract themselves from the crisis by changing something in their life externally, but not in essence.

It is also a mistaken behavior to try to passively survive the crisis, hoping that “everything will somehow settle down on its own.” It is the desire to endure an unpleasant moment without changing anything that ultimately leads to neglected consequences when the Spirit no longer sees prospects for positive changes for this person.

In order not to trigger crisis phenomena, but to turn the crisis into a step towards the beginning of a new, favorable stage of life, you must first of all create for yourself an internal mindset to continue life in a creative way, in accordance with the tasks of the Spirit. For this purpose, affirmations are suitable, which must be pronounced every morning and evening (if possible, also in the middle of the day), out loud, looking into the eyes of your reflection in the mirror.

I choose life!

I am capable of solving the problems that face me. I know that I myself chose these tasks and these lessons in preparation for this incarnation. Now it’s time for the exam and I’m ready for it. I am excited about this challenge. I am determined to ascend to the next step along the path of the Spirit.

I choose the light and love of God. From now on, my whole life is aimed at increasing the light and love of God in myself, in the space of my life, in the world around me.

I am the Divine Spirit traveling on Earth in human form. The task of the Spirit is to bring the light and love of God to Earth. From now on, my life is subordinated to this higher meaning.

I turn to my Divine Self with a request to guide me on the path to solving the highest tasks of the Spirit and help me move along this path in the best way.

I choose the tasks of the Spirit. I choose the path to light and love. Always, everywhere, every moment of my life, to spread the light and love of God on Earth – from now on this is my main goal and the main meaning of my life.

I choose life! Exercise 2. “Rebooting” the Spirit: going through d***h without dying.

Attention: this exercise is not necessary for everyone, but only for those who are deeply in crisis, feel that life has come to an end, and see no prospects for the future. In this case, we may need to symbolically “die”: end the previous period of life in order to start a new one, as if from scratch.

Don’t be alarmed: we are talking about symbolic d***h – the d***h not of your body, but of previous life values and attitudes. For the Spirit, this will mean a “reset.” In this way, you will make it easier to get through the crisis, increase the chances of a successful exit from it, and speed up this exit.

Usually for the Spirit the most effective “reboot” is the actual d***h of the physical body. If we, of our own free will, decide to go through symbolic d***h, then the Spirit no longer has the need to interrupt our incarnation by taking us away from life. 

We ourselves symbolically interrupt one incarnation and begin another. But notice: what is symbolic for us is quite real for the Spirit. Thus, we, of our own free will, can replace a real d***h with a symbolic one, and the Spirit will accept this as an actual rebirth, renewal, “reboot” of your life.

So, if your life has reached a d**d end, this exercise is for you. It is also suitable for other signs of a deep crisis. There will be no harm from it in any case. The exercise is absolutely safe.

An important condition: you must be determined after such a “reboot” to start a new life, life according to the laws of the Spirit. If you lead the same life, adhere to the same values and priorities, then very soon you risk reaching the same d**d end from which you are trying to escape.

To perform this exercise, you need to find an opportunity for solitude for at least 3-4 hours. It is important that you can spend this time where you will not be disturbed and where you will not have to interact with anyone. Be sure to turn off phones, TVs and other sound sources.

It’s even better if you have the opportunity to go to some quiet, deserted place for a day or so. But this is optional. Practice shows that 3–4 hours of peace and solitude in most cases is enough to carry out this r****l.

First part: setup. 

Create an atmosphere for yourself in which you feel the importance and responsibility of the moment. Use the means that are closest to you for this: you can, for example, light candles or burn incense, pray or read affirmations, or simply meditate in a state of inner silence.

Second part: turning to the Spirit. 

Turn to God, Spirit, the Almighty or your Divine Self with a request to create a comfortable, calm and favorable environment for you to conduct the r****l. Tell Spirit what you want to achieve with this r****l, for example: “Dear Spirit, I am now embarking on a r****l to “reset” my life. I finish the previous stage to move on to the new one. I want to renew myself and renew my life. I ask for your help and support in this.”

Third part: appeal to the Divine family. 

Ask your Divine Family – angelic helpers and all light loving beings to be present at the r****l, protecting you, creating a favorable environment and helping you.

The fourth part: transferring control over what is happening to the Spirit. 

Lie on your back, close your eyes, relax. (If you had candles burning, extinguish them by this time.) It is better to do this in a dark room, or in the evening, at night, without light. Imagine that at your head there is a beautiful luminous entity – Spirit, or your Divine Self. Feel his love, attention and care. Mentally give the Spirit control over everything that happens.

Fifth part: slowing down your breathing. 

Begin to gradually slow down your breathing, as if you were falling asleep. Let your breathing be as quiet as possible, barely audible. Make your breathing as slow as possible. (There is a risk of falling asleep here – to prevent this from happening, it is better to start the r****l well-rested – at least having slept well the previous night.)

Sixth part: review of the previous life. 

Mentally run through the main events of your life from birth to the present day. Don’t go too deep into these events – just view them from the outside, without dwelling on each one for too long. Imagine that it is a film of your life that you are showing to Spirit. Then mentally say, turning to the Spirit: “This is my previous life. It’s finished. I hand it over to the Spirit.” Imagine that you are releasing a ball of energy from yourself, symbolically containing your previous life, this ball rises up to the Spirit and dissolves in its light.

Seventh part: visualization of the transition. 

Peer into the dark space in front of your closed eyes. You have reached the point of transition. Now everything old is being erased, but the new has not yet been born. Imagine yourself disappearing into this dark space. You merge with it and then dissolve in it. Breathing is as slow as possible. Listen to the state of inner silence and peace. Lose yourself in this peace. You disappear. You are not here.

Eighth part: rebirth. 

Remain in a state of darkness, silence and stillness for as long as you feel comfortable in this state. Then, peering into the dark space before your eyes, see tiny sparkles there – flashes of light. Direct your attention to one of these sparks, and with your intention, increase its size, turning it into a ball of radiant light. This is the potential of your new life. Imagine that you are stepping into this potential, letting in the light, and dissolving in it.

Ninth part: agreement with the Spirit on co-creation. 

Mentally address the Spirit with the words: “Dear Spirit, I am now entering the light of my new life. From now on, I want to walk through life hand in hand with the Spirit, in close cooperation and co-creation with it. From now on, I am the light and love of God, my life is the light and love of God. I’m starting my journey in the light. Let it be so”.

After this, it is important to remain calm and silent for several hours. If you performed the r****l before bed, you can fall asleep.

It is advisable not to make serious decisions for a few more days, not to perform important actions and not to participate in any turbulent events. At this time, you need to spend as much time as possible alone with yourself, in a meditative or semi-meditative state, listen to yourself, to your feelings. As often as possible during the day (and be sure to do so in the morning and evening), establish contact with your Divine Self in any way convenient for you. Be in a state of love and light of God.

There is no need to change anything dramatically in your life. Changes will begin to take place smoothly, in a way that is comfortable for you. Your renewed internal state will itself contribute to this.

This exercise is performed only once. It can be repeated no earlier than in a year – and then only if symptoms of a crisis appear in your life again.
