Finding Divine Unity with All People.

The direction of movement of the Universe: from separation to reunification.

The divine unity of humanity for many of us still remains a purely theoretical position. In fact, how can one believe in it, and most importantly, feel this unity in conditions of visible division?

Let us first remember how our very division came to be, and why a return to unity is not only necessary, but inevitable.

Kryon says more than once that the presence of people on Earth is a great experiment, which is conceived and carried out by people themselves. Or more precisely, Divine beings, angels who decided to “pretend to be people,” that is, take on a human form and come to Earth for the sake of testing Divine energies in the conditions of the material world.

It is very important to understand correctly: the experiment is not carried out on people, the experiment is carried out on energies. People are not experimental subjects, they are the ones conducting the experiment.

But most people have forgotten who they really are (Divine beings of Light). They also forgot that they themselves once voluntarily decided to conduct this experiment.

But this forgetfulness is not accidental! It is also a condition of the experiment. The angelic people decided, when they came to Earth, to forget that they were angels. Thus, the conditions for testing Divine energies on Earth were consciously complicated. The angelic people set themselves the task of remembering who they really are in earthly conditions, where reality itself will counteract this remembering.

We now see how, with difficulty, slowly, after many millennia of living in darkness and oblivion of themselves, angelic people still remember that they are angels. This means the experiment was a success. It wasn’t all in vain. People who voluntarily left God into the depths of materiality began to return back.

Yes, we all originally came from the same source, we are all Divine, we are His children, His sparks, particles, rays… And at the same time, each of us carries all the properties of the Father, just as one drop of water has the same composition , which is all the water of all the seas and oceans on the planet.

This means that initially we are all one. We are all one. It’s hard to believe, seeing how people quarrel, what boundaries and barriers they build between each other, how much hatred, rejection, and disagreement there are all around. All this is the consequence of the many-thousand-year journey away from God that humanity has gone through.

But this path was not at all a “fall”, as many religions present. It was not a consequence of the expulsion of “sinners” from paradise. As we already know, this was a deliberate experiment aimed at bringing Divine energies into the very depths of the material world. To do this, it was necessary to separate from God and go into these depths. There is no other way.

But the most important thing is that no matter how we separated from God, our connection with Him was never interrupted. In every person, even those who have completely forgotten about their Divine essence, there is still a spark, a particle of God that cannot disappear, cannot go out, no matter what happens. And these particles, sparks, are now awakening, and remind people of their true nature, of their unity with God, and encourage them to return back to the Divine home. And if earlier we could only return to the Divine House by going through d***h, now everything has changed. Now we can return to God while remaining on Earth in our human body. This process is what Kryon calls Ascension.

The time of separation from God is over. The time has begun for reunification with God, the return of the Divine unity of humanity. The entire Universe is now set up to help people in this reunion. Therefore, the one who continues to participate in strife, who builds barriers, who quarrels and in every possible way contributes to the division of people, will inevitably lose.

After all, he is trying to go against the direction in which the entire Universe is moving. Is it possible to go against the Universe? Of course not, you will inevitably be swept away by its powerful current!

In our time, only those who move in the flow of the Universe, leading to the restoration of the Divine unity of humanity, can win, achieve success and prosperity!

Exercise 1
The mood to move in the flow of the Universe.

At any convenient time, when no one will disturb you (for example, in the evening before going to bed or in the morning upon awakening), with your eyes closed, imagine that you are inside a very wide and voluminous stream of shining white light. Imagine that your spine is stretched into a string, and you are reaching up with the top of your head.

Enter the “I Am” state (so as not to lose touch with yourself and feel yourself in the physical body), and at the same time imagine yourself floating in a stream of light.

Tell yourself: “I Am, and I am one with the flow of Divine light. I regain my Divine unity. I am in the flow of energy of the Universe. In light and love I return to God along with other people. Let it be so”.

You can remain in a state of floating in the flow as long as you like, but only without losing the feeling of “I Am” and connection with the physical body.

Regain your sense of unity with the world.

It is sometimes difficult for us to feel our unity both with the world as a whole and with other people, because we are accustomed to living in the illusion of separation. This illusion arose as people moved away from God. Immersing ourselves in materiality, we began to see the world as separate objects. Whereas in reality the world is not objects, but energy, its endless streams flowing into each other. There simply cannot be boundaries or watersheds within energy flows.

All boundaries are just appearances.

In fact they don’t exist!

Scientists already know that the world is one, not divided into separate objects. What we, due to the peculiarities of our vision, perceive as dense objects, in fact consists mostly of emptiness, and not of matter. The fact is that the distances between atoms, as well as the distances inside an atom between the nucleus and electrons, are many times greater than the sizes of the atoms, nucleus and electrons themselves.

They are related in much the same way as the size of the Earth and the distance from the Earth to the Sun. It is no coincidence that people who are able to see energy can perceive their surroundings in the form of clots of energy, and not in the form of individual dense objects. This is the essence of the world around us – clots of energy connected to each other, which are parts of a single energy-informational cosmos, and not separate objects.

When we expand our consciousness beyond our usual boundaries, we can begin to perceive the unity and integrity of the entire world. We can feel that we are actually connected with every grain of sand, blade of grass, clouds, wind, mountains, sea, and simply with everything that exists. We can feel the inner, spiritual connection of everything with everything. We can feel the soul of everything that surrounds us. And feel the unity of your soul with the soul of the world.

Sometimes such insights occur spontaneously – for example, when we communicate with nature, admire its beauty and grandeur, and at some point we suddenly stop feeling separate and become one with nature, with the Earth.

It’s true, we are truly one. You need to know about this and try to consciously restore this feeling of unity in your soul.

Exercise 2
A New Level of Consciousness: Perceiving the Divine Unity of All Things.

Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, breathe slowly and measuredly. Focus on your breathing to free yourself from extraneous thoughts. Remember some moment in your life when you felt detached from the hustle and bustle of everyday affairs, as if soaring above reality and experiencing a special sublime state of mind.

This could be, for example, on the seashore, when you admired the endless expanse of the sea, or in the mountains, or somewhere else where the natural landscape made a special impression on you, and maybe even filled your soul with delight.

Imagine yourself back there, in this inspiring and uplifting place. Imagine that you mentally retreat from yourself and begin to perceive the world from your Divine center.

Imagine that the world around you becomes an extension of you. First, imagine that the world around you is your energetic continuation: it is your aura, or the whole world is located in your aura.

Then imagine: what would happen if the world were an extension of your body? What if it was easy for you to reach out and touch a distant mountain peak, the opposite bank of a river, a cloud, and even the stars? Imagine doing just that – reaching out your hand and touching the most distant objects.

In reality, you don’t need to extend your hand, do it in your imagination. You can experience an amazing sensation: feel that distant objects are not only close, but that they seem to have become a continuation of you, one with you.

Take a breath, exhale and imagine that the whole world around you, as a part of you, breathes with you. You don’t just breathe air into your lungs, but fill the entire surrounding space with energy. You don’t just exhale, you radiate energy, and the entire space around you also radiates energy.

If possible, do this exercise in any natural place that inspires you, now without closing your eyes. This will help you get a real experience of merging with the world around you.

Regain your perception of humanity as one family.

People are designed in such a way that by their nature they are aimed at interacting with each other. Even physically, it is very difficult for us to survive if we are completely separated from other people – as exemplified by the numerous stories about “Robinsons”, those who, by the will of fate, found themselves on a desert island or in other circumstances of complete isolation. The main hope in such conditions is precisely meeting your own kind!

But even when we are in solitude, we still do not lose contact with people, even indirectly – for example, using things made by others, or doing work needed by others, and simply feeling every moment that we are not alone on Earth.

That is, we are initially united, and we feel it, this is our nature. But since we have walked the path of separation for too long – separating ourselves from God and putting barriers between ourselves – it can be difficult to return to the consciousness of the unity of all humanity.

It is easier for us to feel united with nature than with humanity! Now that the process of reuniting the Divine unity of people has begun, it is necessary to rebuild our consciousness in order to again begin to perceive this unity as a reality.

Of course, it is very important not only to understand that humanity is one, but also to feel this unity – always and everywhere, even while in solitude!

This requires first of all appropriate intention and then practice. And then the changes will come quite easily and quickly – after all, what we are doing is the restoration of our true nature, this is a return to our natural attitude and state of mind.

Exercise 3
The mindset to perceive humanity as a whole.

Find time to be alone with yourself. Take any comfortable position. Breathe evenly and measuredly, focus on your breathing to relax and drive away extraneous thoughts. Direct your attention deep into the inner space, approximately at the level of the heart, imagining that you are entering another dimension – the dimension of light and love, and connecting with your Divine essence.

Imagine that in front of you is a huge space filled with people. These are a variety of people, of different ages, skin colors and nationalities, both men and women, children and old people. You see their eyes – and they are all directed at you, and in all their eyes you see love and hope. There are very, very many people, and the number is growing, and you realize that you have come to meet all of humanity at once.

Mentally send all these people a wave of love and warmth from your heart. Imagine how this wave envelops people with soft light, and smiles appear on their faces. Imagine that this wave, having embraced all people, returns to you many times stronger.

You feel that you are being enveloped by streams of love, warmth and light, and you also smile at all the people you see in front of you!

Mentally tell yourself: “This is WE.” Repeat this phrase several times, trying to think about it and feel it. Feel yourself part of a single whole – humanity. Imagine being connected to everyone and everything. Imagine that you can direct your thoughts and feelings to any person at any distance, establish invisible contact with him, and this person will respond, and you will be able to understand what he is thinking about and what he is feeling now.

Imagine that you are turning to the Divine essence of each of those you see in front of you. Mentally say: “I love you!” – imagining how from your Divine essence, from the depths of your heart, you direct this message to the Divine essence of everyone.

Feel the response: how the streams of Divine love return to you, multiplied many times over. Imagine being washed by these warm, soft streams and bathing in them.

Say to one and all: “Let there be light in your life and in the life of our planet.” Repeat several times.

Then return your attention to the heart area. Return to your reality, remember where you are, feel your body. Open your eyes.

Whenever possible, when you find yourself among people, remember this state of community that you experienced and repeat “This is WE,” and then mentally send streams of love and light from your heart to everyone you see around: not to each individual, but to everyone immediately, for which you only need to express the corresponding intention:

“I direct the flow of love and light of God from my heart to the hearts of everyone present here.”

Unite with others not in drama, but in love.

It is very important to understand this thing: when we talk about the unity of all people, we are talking about unity in God, that is, that people are connected to each other on the Divine level. What does it mean? This means that the bridge connecting us is only Divine energies, and not negative emotions, which only create painful dependence and pathological attachments of people to each other. You need to understand and internalize this difference.

People tend to drag each other into dramas, unite over suffering, or form groups that are hostile to each other. All this has nothing to do with Divine unity. It can only be felt by those who rise above all differences, above hostility, above dissonant emotions, and feel what God feels – the same love for all people without exception.

The guarantee of our Divine unity is that we all have a single source, and this source is God.

Deep down, all people love each other, even if most do not remember it. Everything that happens on Earth, including the most terrible troubles and suffering, has its highest meaning, and it is that we finally remember this love and stop causing each other suffering. But sometimes, unfortunately, you have to reach the very bottom of suffering in order to finally decide to abandon it and begin your path in the other direction, towards love.

Kryon calls us to do this as soon as possible – to stop all actions aimed at dividing people, and begin to return to love. If everyone does this, starting with themselves, then all of humanity will move forward very quickly, and enmity and hatred will cease on Earth, the suffering inflicted by people on each other will go away, because where God and love are, there is no suffering.

Look around. Don’t you think there are familiar faces all around, a lot of familiar faces? People you’ve never seen before, people you don’t know, increasingly seem vaguely familiar to you. You remember that you allegedly met before, although you know for sure that this could not have happened…

But in fact, you actually met! You, every single one, know each other! You, humanity, are one family! And – what is most important, and perhaps most incomprehensible to you – you all love each other!

We need to stop uniting in drama, in suffering, in negative emotions. We must learn to rise above all this, and unite only in love – in Divine love, in unconditional love.

We need to turn to that Divine spark within ourselves that knows and remembers: we are all one and we all love each other. And then we will be able to create new connections between ourselves – connections that the Spirit establishes, connections from heart to heart, from one Divine Self to another Divine Self.

Exercise 4
Build relationships in the dimension of love.

Find a time and place for solitude, take a comfortable position, breathe deeply, freely and calmly to relax and calm your thoughts. Connect with your Divine center, ask the Almighty to envelop you in a cocoon of energies of love and light of God, ask your cells to accept this energy and be illuminated from within.

Think about a person with whom drama, suffering and negative emotions are associated. Imagine this person in front of you and mentally surround him with light. Imagine that you are talking to him not as a person, but as a Divine entity. Turn to his Divine essence and say (mentally or out loud): “I know that you really love me. I love you too”.

You may not be able to say these words right away, perhaps it will be difficult for you to say them sincerely. But if you focus on saying them from your Divine essence, and address the Divine essence of another person, you will cope with the task easily. Moreover, you instantly realize that this is true – at the level of the Divine essence you love each other, it cannot be otherwise.

Continue: “I know that everything you do is really out of love for me. I answer you with gratitude and love. I forgive you and you forgive me. Let only love bind us from now on.”

Apply this way to anyone with whom you do not have the most favorable relationship. If you practice this, relationships will begin to change.

We are God!

Even in a state of loneliness, you should not forget that all of humanity is our one family. Yes, sometimes it is difficult for us to establish contacts even with loved ones, many things divide us, we have difficulty forgiving those who cause us harm, we are offended and suffer, which sometimes makes us withdraw into ourselves. But if we overcome our alienation and more often remember that all people are brothers and sisters, and that in fact there are no barriers between us, then it will be much easier for us to establish contacts.

Note: if you enter into communication with a bias, without believing in the possibility of mutual understanding and good relationships, real communication will not work. If we set ourselves up in a friendly manner in advance, believe that we can understand the other and will receive understanding in return, the chances of success are much greater.

Whoever you have to communicate with, remind yourself in advance that this is a member of your Divine family, as loved by God as you are. If you feel alienated from people, mentally restore your sense of Divine unity.

The difficulty may be due to the fact that we are accustomed to believe: God is somewhere far away, high, he is not us, he is outside of us. This is how religions were taught to us. And sometimes it is difficult for us to imagine that God is us. After all, everything in the world is God, and God is love and light. Everything was created by love and light, everything is God – the entire Universe, including people.

Rebuild your perception of humanity, begin to believe that people in their highest forms represent God. If we are God, then we ourselves are the creators of our Universe. We can change this world by bringing love and light into it. Everyone must start with themselves, but when we carry love and light in our hearts, the flows of these energies gradually cover the whole world. Other people, under their influence, also begin to awaken and remember their Divinity.

Someday, a single Divine humanity will create heaven on Earth, acting as a single creative principle, like God, which we all are!

Exercise 5
An Attitude to Perceive the Divinity of Humanity.

Find an opportunity to be alone with yourself, take any comfortable position, close your eyes, breathe evenly and measuredly to relax and drive away extraneous thoughts. Focus on the heart area and connect with your Divine center.

Imagine seeing planet Earth from space. Send the Earth a flow of energy of love and light from your heart. Imagine that you are directing this flow to the planet as a living being – and to all living things that inhabit it.

Now imagine that you are smoothly approaching the planet, softly “landing” on it, and see a huge number of people around you. You understand that all of humanity has come to meet you. A huge number of eyes are looking at you, and you see love and understanding in these eyes. Mentally send streams of love and light from your heart to all these people. Mentally or vocally thank them for being with you, for sharing your journey on planet Earth as a Spirit temporarily taking on a human shell.

Think about the fact that all these people are also spiritual beings, angels, like you, who have temporarily taken on human form. In fact, you are all one Divine family, and you have all known and loved each other for a long time.

Mentally place yourself and all these people in a huge luminous sphere, and fill this sphere with streams of the energy of love and the light of God. Imagine how the energy directed by you is amplified many times over, because each person returns to you a stream of love and light from the bottom of their hearts.

Mentally or out loud confess your love to everyone. Say: “We are one Divine humanity. We came to Earth for love and light. Let there be peace on Earth, let there be light, let there be love.”

Imagine how all hearts respond with love and warmth to these words. Feel yourself to be part of this whole, united by love and a common desire for light.

Wish all people to turn their hearts to the love and light of God.

Return to your reality, remember where you are, feel your body. Open your eyes.

Repeat this exercise as often as you like. And every time you find yourself among people, send them streams of love and light from your heart, mentally wish to turn to the light of God, and remind yourself that you are one whole. Even when you find yourself among strangers, you can remind yourself that we are all one in God, and feel how your heart becomes warm from the feeling of this community.

Now you will never feel lonely anywhere, and your relationships with people will improve significantly. More and more love will come into your life every day. This will mean that you are fulfilling your destiny as a unique, inimitable representative of the one Divine humanity!

Summary.

 It is impossible to succeed in the new era by separating oneself from the one Divine humanity. To achieve Divine unity with all people, it is necessary:

– move in the flow of the Universe – from separation to the reunification of man with God,
– regain a sense of unity with the world,
– begin to perceive humanity as a single whole,
– unite with others not in drama, but in love,
– remember that God is not above people, we are God.
