What you listen to is what you become.

I suggest that you use all available means to tune your energies to the music of the higher realms. Surround yourself with colorful radiance, let this radiance into your body and soul, breathe colored energies, paint your aura with them, draw, dance, sing! You can sing, believe it, and your singing is wonderful. 

If you feel that you cannot sing aloud, sing silently, the main thing is to catch the vibrations of pure beautiful sounds and mentally reproduce them, passing them through your body. You can simply sing the vowel sounds, either mentally or out loud. Make them smooth, drawn-out, connect them with your breath, and fill your body and your aura with them!

And try to listen to beautiful harmonious sounds more often. If possible, limit the amount of dissonant sounds and noise around you. Listen to good music, listen to the splash of the stream, the sound of the sea, the singing of birds. This is also a setting, dear ones. This is tuning to the most harmonious frequency for you. 

Do you think you’re just listening? No, you also sound along with the sounds you perceive. You can say that you listen – that’s what you become, because your energy changes with the sounds. Do you want to be dissonant, do you want your energies to be torn apart by disharmonious sounds? Tune yourself often with the help of harmonious sounds to universal harmony, and you will weave your melody into the majestic sound of the cosmic orchestra.

Exercise 16. Healing Sounds.

With the help of sounds, we can not only restore the harmony of energies, but even heal pains, ailments, and with some experience, even more serious illnesses. It is very useful to take a little time each day to sing a few sounds. At the same time, it does not matter at all whether you have vocal experience, nor is it important to have an ear for music. But you will see that as you practice, both your voice and your hearing will begin to develop.

This exercise is performed sitting or standing. In both cases, it is necessary to have a straight back. You need to start with proper breathing. To do this, put your right hand on the diaphragm area and your left hand on your chest. Inhale slowly through your nose, imagining that the air enters not into the chest, but into the abdomen.

 At the same time, the right hand should track the movement – your abdomen protrudes forward, while the chest, and with it the left arm, remain motionless. Make sure that your shoulders are relaxed and do not rise up. Slowly exhale through your nose, watching with your right hand how your abdomen retracts. At the same time, the chest and shoulders still remain motionless.

Take a few of these breaths, getting used to diaphragmatic breathing. Then, continuing to breathe in the same way, while exhaling, make a long, soft sound a-a-a-a-a at the pitch that is more comfortable for you. Do this gently, without straining your vocal cords. Do not try to reproduce a certain note, do not immediately strive for a vocal sound, if you have no experience – just pull the sound.

Try, repeating the sound, to make it a little higher, lower, longer, more sonorous… All this time, make sure that your throat is free, so that the sound flows as if by itself, without your efforts, without the slightest strain. You will notice that the sound becomes clearer, more sonorous, and that it is easier for you to change its pitch and duration.

Then, in the same way, start singing other vowels: o – u – y – e – i. Then move on to the sound m-m-m-m, which is sung with closed lips (exhalation, quiet and imperceptible, while done through the nose). Don’t forget about diaphragmatic breathing! The sound should again be at the pitch that is more convenient for you, and be produced without any strain. 

Your throat is free, and your vocal cords do not experience any discomfort. Try to increase the intensity of the sound without tension and feel how it fills your entire head and chest with vibrations. You can try to direct these vibrations at will to any area of your head: to the nose, to the forehead, to the back of the head, to the chin. Believe that these are healing vibrations (they are!), and imagine that you are directing them to the area of the body where you feel some discomfort, pain or malaise, or where there is an illness. Imagine that this sound resonates there. 

Over time, you will really begin to feel this resonance. Imagine that this is how healing happens. If you do this with the appropriate intention, you will really have a sound therapy session for yourself.

Try to affect the painful areas with the vowel sounds that you have already sung. Gradually, you will begin to feel that different areas of the body require different sounds. Learn to determine which part of the body or o***n is better suited to which sounds are better suited (the sound that resonates most pleasantly and comfortably is better). As you practice, their healing effects will increase.

It is advisable to repeat this exercise daily, in the morning, for at least 5-7 minutes. You don’t have to sing loudly. If you don’t want to disturb anyone, the ideal place to do the exercise is a shower. Water procedures will bring much more benefits!

Dear ones, now I want to tell you another very important thing. What you do by adjusting your color and sound is priceless. In this way, you find your sound and your glow, and thanks to this, you fit perfectly into a single cosmic orchestra. You, humanity, are the most important part of this orchestra! And now it sounds more and more harmonious thanks to you… 

But that’s not all. By controlling your energy flow, making it more harmonious and, as a result, fitting into the energy flows of the Universe, you will be able to notice that your life on Earth has changed. You will find yourself, your vocation and place in life. You will improve your health. You will succeed as if life itself lays a smooth road in front of you, illuminated by the sun and strewn with rose petals. This is how it should be, dear ones. 

This will be the case if you are in the flow, if you follow the energies of the Universe. If you are a wonderful instrument of the Universal Orchestra. Without you, his music won’t be perfect.
