Returning to the Self (capital S) means that how you look to yourself is to be determined through consultation with your Higher Self not an outside perspective.
Those days are to be over.
Maintain a newly adjusted habit of checking in regularly to get approval, signed off favored glance, and heck-yeah consent.
That is the approval that now matters.
Get in the habit.
