You have the ability to tap into that which is non-physical and infuse more non-physical energy into your body, and into your words, and into what you are doing. You always have guidance coming to you from the non-physical, and it is the non-physical that allows you to have a body that moves around. You are using your non-physical consciousness to create the idea of a physical body and to have a physical experience in the dream that life on planet Earth is.

And so, it is good for you to think about your relationship to the non-physical and how much you are allowing of the non-physical energies to guide you, to be a part of your experience, to fuel your physical body.
